江苏南京某高层住宅设计毕业论文

摘 要

本工程位于江苏省南京市,是一栋地上6层的住宅楼。该楼单层建筑面积约520m2,主体为三跨六层,建筑面积约3120m2。综合考虑结构安全,经济合理等多方面因素,本楼采用框架结构体系,以框架支撑结构的地震和恒活载。楼板厚120mm,柱截面尺寸500*500mm。主梁300*700mm,混凝土强度等级用C30,填充墙厚度200mm。

本工程位于江苏省昆山市,抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度为0.1g,抗震设计分组第一组,建筑物场地类别为Ⅱ类。地基基础设计等级为乙级,考虑安全性、经济性,以及对建筑物的沉降要求,基础采用独立基础和双柱联合基础。
