摘 要
本课题是以实际工程为背景的应用型课题。题目为:连云港某中学新校区办公综合楼设计。拟建工程位于连云港市凤凰新城内,学院路与凤舞路交汇处。该工程规划占地尺寸为42.5m×18.2m,拟建5层,建筑面积约为3900m2;工程结构采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,建筑结构安全等级为二级,设计使用年限为50年。拟建场地属于滨海相沉积地貌,地势较平坦,场地内原为耕植区,现为待建设用地,地面高程约为3.24至3.37米,地表相对高差0.13米,整体地形相对较为平坦。拟建场地抗震设防烈度为7度,设计地震分组属第三组,场地土为软弱土,场地类别为Ⅱ类,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g。
本设计贯彻“实用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则。结合南京当地情况, 查找《建筑荷载规范》、《建筑抗震设计规范》等相关规范,确定设计的荷载及抗震等级等初步资料,主要进行了结构方案中横向框架第 2 轴设计。根据所提供的设计资料,完成建筑初步方案设计、建筑施工图设计,进行框架结构计算、基础设计计算、构件设计、节点构造设计等,完成结构施工图绘制、施工组织设计等。

Abstract
This topic is an application-oriented topic based on actual engineering.The title is: Design of the office complex of the new campus of a middle school in Lianyungang.The proposed project is located in the Phoenix New City of Lianyungang City, at the intersection of Xueyuan Road and Fengwu Road.The project covers an area of 42.5m×18.2m, and is proposed to be built in 5 floors with a building area of approximately 3900m2. The engineering structure adopts a reinforced concrete frame structure with a safety grade of 2nd and a design life of 50 years.The proposed site belongs to the coastal sedimentary landform, and the terrain is relatively flat. The site is originally a cultivated area. It is now used for construction. The ground elevation is about 3.24 to 3.37 meters, and the relative height difference of the surface is 0.13 meters. The overall terrain is relatively flat.The seismic fortification intensity of the proposed site is 7 degrees, the design earthquake group is the third group, the site soil is soft soil, the site category is Class II, and the basic seismic acceleration value is designed to be 0.10g.
This design implements the design principles of “practical, safe, economical and beautiful”.Based on the local conditions in Nanjing, look for the "Building Load Code", "Building Seismic Design Code" and other relevant specifications, determine the design of the load and seismic grade and other preliminary information, mainly in the structural plan of the horizontal frame 2nd axis design.According to the design information provided, complete the preliminary design of the building, the design of the building construction drawing, the calculation of the frame structure, the calculation of the basic design, the design of the components, the design of the joint structure, etc., and complete the drawing of the construction drawing and the construction organization design.
