摘 要
本毕业设计工程为江苏宿迁市泗洪县,为泗洪县某科创园办公楼设计。结构为5层钢筋混凝土框架,层高均为3.6 m,建筑面积为3092m2。根据拟建建筑的使用功能,结构受力特点及场地条件,采用钢筋混凝土框架结构体系;因层数较低,地基土的承载力可以满足承载力要求,故基础采用柱下独立基础。
本工程手算部分选取了第②轴线进行计算,在对结构选型及布置后,估算了构件的截面尺寸,再进行荷载计算,其中水平地震荷载作用下运用底部剪力法,再运用弯矩分配法计算框架在恒载、活载、竖向荷载作用下内力,运用D值法计算风载、水平地震作用下的内力;对梁端弯矩调幅后,考虑3种一般组合和1种考虑地震作用下的组合进行内力组合计算,在根据内力组合结果进行梁柱截面配筋计算;之后对采用AT型板式楼梯和对包含双向板的楼板以及对基础进行配筋计算。

Office building design of a science and technology innovation park in Sihong County
Abstract
This graduation project is designed for Sihong County, Suqian City, Jiangsu Province, which is an office building of a science and Innovation Park in Sihong County. The structure is a 5-storey reinforced concrete frame with a floor height of 3.6m and a building area of 3092m2. According to the use function, structural stress characteristics and site conditions of the proposed building, reinforced concrete frame structure system is adopted; because of the low number of floors and the small bearing capacity of foundation soil, pile foundation is adopted as the foundation.
In the manual calculation part of the project, the second axis is selected for calculation. After the structural selection and layout, the section size of the component is estimated, and then the load is calculated. The bottom shear method is used under the horizontal seismic load, the moment distribution method is used to calculate the internal force of the frame under the dead load, live load and vertical load, and the D-value method is used to calculate the wind load and horizontal earthquake Internal force under action; after adjusting the bending moment at the beam end, three general combinations and one combination under earthquake action are considered for internal force combination calculation, and the reinforcement calculation of beam column section is carried out according to the internal force combination results; after that, reinforcement calculation is carried out for at type plate stairs, floor slab including two-way slab and foundation.
