Abstract：Building Yurun 7 buildings with a total construction area of 19326.86 square meters, of 56.70m, ordinary residence. Ground floor and mezzanine of bicycle garage on the ground floor, second floor of shops, three on the ground eight to ten for residential, fire rating level.Design Range:

（1）、Indoor and outdoor living base within the water supply and drainage engineering design. Including domestic water supply system, drainage system, rainwater systems.

（2）、Fire water supply and drainage engineering design. Including fire hydrant water supply system, automatic sprinkler systems, fire protection and drainage systems。

Water：Domestic water, fire water supply for the city water are water.City water pipe is introduced into the water all the way to DN250,forming a ring at the base, to provide municipal water pressure is 0.16MPa.

第一章 给排水工程设计任务书

1.1工程概况

本雨润七号楼是商住两用综合性住宅楼，总建筑面积19326.86平米，高度56.7

米。地下一层及夹层为自行车车库，地上一层、二层为商铺，地上三层至十八层为住

宅耐火等级一级，设计范围：

1. 、基地内的室内外生活给排水工程设计。包括生活给水系统、排水系统、雨水系

统等；

（2）、消防给排水工程设计。包括消火栓给水系统、自动喷淋灭火系统、消防排水

系统等。

水源：生活用水、消防用水均以城市自来水为供水水源。从城市自来水管引入一路

进水管DN250，在基地内形成环网，提供市政给水压力为0.16MPa。
