摘 要

一个工程的设计概况，现场实际施工情况，以及如何组织这个工程，乃至如何合理地分布劳动力、控制材料进出场、确保质量、安全、文明施工等等，在工程开工之前，这些都需要一个总体的全面的设想，并且要使之贯穿于工程始终，指导工程合理有序地进行。这样一个设想以书面形式表达出来，便是我们所说的施工组织设计，也正是由于施工组织设计的这些特殊性，决定了它在工程控制中的重要性。施工组织设计的任务归纳起来有选择施工方案、组织机构实行合理的施工部署确定恰当的施工方法和施工机械制定合理的施工顺序施工进度网络计划图和施工现场平面布置图的绘制材料进场需求计划和劳动力进场需求计划的制定,搭造现场临时设施的确定, 编制现场临时生活供电供水方案,预置加工的场地等应在工程施工前完成施工组织设计的编制这也是让项目经理部达到施工管理标准的前提。

Construction Organization Design of Shiyuan Substation

Abstract

Before a project design, actual construction site, and how to organize this project, as well as how to properly distributed workforce, control material entry and exit, ensuring quality, safety, civil construction, etc., before the project started, which requires a total of overall vision, and make it consistently throughout the project, reasonable and orderly manner to guide the project. Such an idea expressed in writing, is what we call construction design, it is precisely because these particularities construction design, determine its importance in project control. Construction design summed up the task of selecting the construction program, the organization deployed to implement a reasonable construction to determine the appropriate construction methods and construction machinery developed to draw material requirements planning approach reasonable construction sequence diagram construction progress of network planning and construction site layout plan of and labor demand planning approach, the determine site temporary facilities, the preparation of the site for temporary living power and water supply programs, pre-processing of the venues should be completed by the preparation of construction design before construction which also allows the project manager to reach construction management standard premise.
