摘 要

工程招标为了进一步提高工程的投资效益，保证工程建设质量，降低工程造价，规范建设工程招投标管理运作程序。本次设计为如皋港区鑫鼎鑫现代物流园5#档口招标文件及招标控制价，招标文件主要依据《中华人民共和国标准施工招标文件》的相关要求并结合本工程的实际情况编制而成，本设计共有九个章节，其主要内容包括招标公告、投标人须知、评标办法、合同条款及格式、工程量清单、图纸、技术标准和要求、投标文件格式、招标控制价。

本设计的重点是工程量清单和招标控制价这两个部分。工程量依据2013版《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》的计算规则计算。招标控制价是招标人根据国家或省级、行业建设主管部门颁发的有关计价依据和办法，按设计施工图纸计算的，对招标工程限定的最高工程造价，本次设计以工程量清单的方式计价，主要依据2013版《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》、2014版《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价定额》。
