摘 要

本文首先对江阴碧桂园暨阳府施工项目的概况进行了简单介绍，并详细编制了项目施工基础规划，主要包括施工目标、施工组织和施工方案，作为此项目管理规划的基础，进而编写施工项目进度规划、成本规划、质量规划、施工设施规划、施工平面布置。进度规划主要利用PKPM软件进行目标分解和重要部分的施工进度实施计划，并提出控制方法和措施。成本规划由成本预算、主要材料需求计划和劳动力需求计划构成。施工质量规划主要编制质量控制的方法措施。项目施工设施规划时进行生产性设施和生活性设施的详细规划，并绘制施工平面布置图。

Construction Project Management Plan Of Jiangyin Biguiyuan Jiyangfu

Abstract

This paper first introduces the general situation of Jiangyin Biguiyuan Jiyangfu Construction Project, and elaborates the basic planning of the project construction, including the construction target, the construction organization and the construction plan as the basis of the project management plan, and then the construction project progress Planning, cost planning, quality planning, construction facilities planning, construction layout. The progress plan mainly uses the PKPM software to carry out the target decomposition and the important part of the construction schedule implementation plan, and put forward the control methods and measures. Cost planning consists of cost estimates, major material requirements planning and labor demand planning. Construction quality planning mainly the preparation of quality control methods and measures. During the planning of the project construction facilities, the detailed planning of the production facilities and the living facilities shall be carried out and the construction plan shall be drawn.

建设地点：无锡市江阴市话北路路与无锡市江阴市花山路交汇处南侧

建设单位：江阴景裕房地产开发有限公司

设计单位：江苏中锐华东建筑设计研究院

工程内容：土建工程

建筑规模：总建筑面积约285849.15平方米

该工程为碧桂园暨阳府A地块工程，由13栋高层住宅（AG1～AG13）、118栋多层住宅（AD1～AD118）、5栋商业（AS1～AS5）、一栋门卫、三栋配电房组成，建筑面积285849.15平方米，占地面积48669.82平方米。

该施工项目管理规划主要是针对AD104～109和AD113～118多层住宅的施工编制。
