摘 要

本招标文件以面粉厂制粉车间为对象编制面粉厂制粉车间土建工程项目施工招标文件。该工程建筑面积：11660m²；建筑物层数：地上8 层；总高 38.8m；设计使用年限：50年；耐火等级：建筑一级；建筑物抗震设防烈度：7度；建筑结构类型：框架剪力墙结构。工程施工招标文件的编制涉及到工程建设法规，工程造价，工程合同，项目管理，工程施工等多方面的内容。工程施工招标文件的主要内容是：一、招标公告 二、投标人须知 三、评标办法 四、合同条款及格式 五、工程量清单 六、工程图纸 七、技术标准和要求 八、投标文件格式 九、招标控制价。其中比较重要的是评标办法，合同条款和工程量清单。其中评标办法采用综合评估法，技术标30%，商务标70%。合同条款包括协议书，通用条款，专用条款，依据中华人民共和国《房屋建筑和市政工程标准施工招标文件》（2010 年版）、《房屋建筑与装饰工程计量规范》（GB50500-2013）及工程所在地相关规定，编制工程施工招标文件。依据《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2013）及工程所在地相关规定，编制所选工程招标控制价。本工程的招标控制价为 12778614.6元人民币。经过学习实践，以及指导老师的仔细讲授与个别答疑，完成了此招标文件的编制。

Abstract

The bidding documents toFlour mill building as the object of the preparation of theFlour millbuilding apartment layout of civil engineering construction bidding document. The project construction area: 11660 m²; the building on the ground floor of 8 layers, the total height is 38.8M. Design service life: 50 years; fire rating: ground to building one; building seismic fortification intensity: 7 degree; architectural type: frame shear wall structure.The preparation of tender documents construction relates to the engineering construction regulations, project cost, project contract, project management, project construction content. The main content of the bidding documents of project construction is: the bidding announcement, instructions to bidders, evaluation methods, terms of the contract, bill of quantities, drawings, the technical requirements, bidding file format, tender sum limit preparation. The evaluation method of the comprehensive evaluation method, technical standard 30%, business standard 70%.Provisions include agreement, general conditions, special provisions, general provisions of the people's Republic of China "standard construction bidding document" (2010 Edition) "the general conditions of contract". Engineering quantity list strictly on the basis of "code of valuation with bill quantity of Construction Engineering" （GB50500-2013）. This project’s tender sum limit of main engineering is 12778614.6Yuan RMB. Through study and practice, and teacher’s help, I complete the preparation of the bidding documents.
