摘 要

本工作报告以武汉市港东名居三期2号楼土建工程招标文件的编制工作为主要内容，主要阐述建立算量模型、列工程量清单与编制招标文件的过程中遇到的难题与解决办法等。本次任务中编制的招标文件是以《中华人民共和国招标投标法（2019年修订）》和《房屋建筑和市政工程标准施工招标文件（2010年版）》为重要依据，并采用清单计价的方法来计算工程量。

编制招标文件是本次毕业设计工作任务的核心内容。在编制招标文件前，需进行相关的文献调研，熟悉有关的国家法律法规和行业规范。在编制招标文件时，需要严格参照招标文件的规范和格式，以设计图纸为依据，并结合项目的实际概况来进行编制。

在编制招标文件的工作中，核心内容又是借助广联达BIM土建计量平台GTJ2018建立算量模型，汇总计算出武汉市港东名居三期2号楼的钢筋工程量和土建工程量，生成工程量清单，再将工程量清单导入广联达云计价平台GCCP5.0中套定额，从而得出一份完整的工程量清单。在相关专业人员的指导和与组员的共同探讨下，作者严格按照任务书的要求，最终在规定的时间内完成本次毕业设计的任务。

Abstract

The main contents of this work report are the compilation of bidding documents for civil works of No .2 Building in the third phase of Hong Kong East, Wuhan City. The bidding documents compiled in this task are based on the Law of the people's Republic of China on bidding and bidding (revised in 2019) and the bidding documents for standard construction of housing construction and municipal engineering (2010 edition), and the method of list valuation is used to calculate the amount of work.

The preparation of bidding documents is the core content of the task of graduation design. Before preparing the bidding documents, relevant literature research should be carried out, familiar with relevant national laws and regulations and industry norms. In the preparation of bidding documents, it is necessary to strictly refer to the specifications and format of bidding documents, based on the design drawings, and combined with the actual general situation of the project to prepare.

The core content of the work of compiling the bidding documents is to establish the calculation quantity model with the help of the civil engineering measurement platform GTJ2018 Guanglianda BIM, to sum up and calculate the amount of steel bar and civil No .2 Building in the third phase of Gangdong Mingju, Wuhan City, to generate the bill of quantities, and then to import the bill of quantities into the GCCP5.0 set of quotas of Guanglianda cloud pricing platform, so as to obtain a complete bill of quantities. Under the guidance of relevant professionals and the joint discussion with the team members, the author strictly according to the requirements of the task book, and finally in the specified time to complete the task of this graduation project.

第1章 工程概况

本工程为武汉市港东名居三期2号楼，主要用途为民用住宅，结构类型为框架剪力墙结构，建筑结构的安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为6度，框架抗震等级为四级，剪力墙抗震等级为三级，短肢剪力墙抗震等级为二级。本工程建筑面积为7204.12，建筑占地面积为建筑层数为698.97，地上11层，无地下室，建筑高度为33.000。本工程基础依据湖北省地质勘查基础工程公司于2007年提供的《浅水湾住宅小区一期岩土工程详细勘察报告》进行设计，选用桩基础，采用人工挖孔灌注桩。

本工程的招标范围是武汉市港东名居三期2号楼的施工招标，主要包括建筑基础和主体结构，以及室内外装修等，详见设计图纸和工程量清单。
