摘 要

本次设计报告是针对武汉市学府鑫苑开发项目所编制的，是全工程的纲领性文件。文件的编制充分体现了现代科学可行的管理办法，灵活运用工程管理学的知识和方法来达到工程目标，做到独具匠心。项目管理的目标主要有三个：进度、质量、成本。本工程的时间比较紧迫，质量要求较高，成本价格低所以需要严格把控施工进度，按照本文件进度计划进行合理安排；严格按照建筑规范把控现场项目质量，加强项目质量的管理和监控，确保项目可以完美验收；严格控制成本，按照本规划的成本计划实施成本把控，保证完成成本目标。全工程要坚持安全管理为第一要素，做到100%工程达标率。在注意施工时间和施工成本控制的同时，兼顾对于工程安全的管理和控制。在工程完成后树立良好的社会口碑，为以后我公司的发展树立良好的品牌形象。

Abstract

The design report is for the Wuhan City Xinyuan development project prepared by the whole project is the programmatic document.
