摘 要

本文主要探讨我国现代美丽乡村关于住宅空间设计方面理应遵从的一些最基本的原则，以及对未来发展的影响。 在如今这个城市化越来越明显的形式发展之下，我国越来越注重城市住宅小区的建设，从而忽略了快速发展城市住宅背后的一些抄袭之风， 越来越多的设计师只是一昧的套用国外案例，从而忽略了因地制宜和人性化这一个重要因素，最终的结果就是导致用户不满意， 给用户带来各种困扰。

在这个城市住房恶化的情况下，中国的美丽村庄建设逐渐显示出其优势。山与水的结合，历史与文化的交融，人文情怀的投入，以及艺术与经济的合理搭配，从而构造出一处充满独特的风土人情味的乡村设计。传统点来说就是民宿，根据居民的需求，针对不同的人群，取其精华去其糟粕，从而形成一种全新的设计风格。不仅推动了美丽乡村的发展，也让传统的文化得以流传。

Spatial Design of Bulao Village in Pukou District

abstract

This paper mainly discusses some basic principles that should be followed in the design of residential space in modern beautiful countryside of China, and their impact on future development. With the development of urbanization, China pays more and more attention to the construction of urban residential districts, thus ignoring the trend of plagiarism behind the rapid development of urban residential districts. More and more designers are only ignoring foreign cases, thus ignoring the important factor of adapting measures to local conditions and humanization. The ultimate result is to lead to users'dissatisfaction. Meaning, bring all kinds of troubles to users.

With the deterioration of urban housing, the construction of beautiful countryside in China gradually shows its advantages, the combination of mountains and waters, the blending of history and culture, the investment of humanistic feelings, and the rational combination of art and economy, thus creating a rural design full of unique local customs and human feelings. The traditional point of view is home stay, according to the needs of residents, for different groups of people, take the essence of its dross, so as to form a new design style. It not only promotes the development of beautiful countryside, but also spreads traditional culture.

第一章 选题相关概念与定义

本次的选址以南京市浦口区不老村景观规划为主要对象，该区域位于拥有深厚文化内涵和丰富自然环境的六朝古都南京，不老村坐落在江浦，与老山森林公园相邻，边上就是宁朗高速公路。不老村目前也是浦口区大力发展的乡村旅游景点之一。

在老山原有的生态资源之下，不老村能够更大的体现其乡村风格，不老村目前缺少的大多数是商业上的产品以及文化上的展示，所以此次设计主要围绕不老村进行改造与升级。原计划新建村庄，建设集住宿，旅游，购物，娱乐为一体的度假社交空间。

随着社会经济的发展，人们环境意识的提高和对优质环境的需求，钢筋混凝土生活的人们越来越追求和追求自然。所以中国已经推出了一个充满乡村气息的民宿家庭。在民宿的建设过程中，应该着重表现人文的特色，对其不同的人群也应营造出不同的民宿风格。在室内空间规划中，将人与空间结合在一起，在不破坏空间结构的情况下，利用自然环境的特点，创造乡村民宿，使其具有在不同人群的情况下体现不同空间风格。使其具有艺术、历史和当地文化特色，表现出人与环境的高度融合。
