摘 要

在这个经济技术迅猛发展的时代，人们对精神生活的追求与日俱增，有空闲时间的话，更多的人会选择外出旅游，摆脱生活中的烦恼，追求精神世界。近几年的旅游业也被炒得火热，其中民宿业在旅游业中的受欢迎度只增不减。随着民宿的日益发展，人们对民宿生活的质量和需求层次也有所提高，在当前竞争激烈的环境下，如何去营造一个独有的、别具一格的民宿来吸引游客是一个重要的话题。本文主要介绍高淳一字村的中式民宿设计改造，根据当地成熟的水产养殖业和自然风景，做出一套有特色的，吸引游客的旅游基地。

Abstract：

In this era of rapid economic and technological development, people's pursuit of spiritual life is increasing, with free time, people will choose to travel more to get rid of the troubles in life. The pursuit of the spiritual world. In recent years, the tourism industry has also been heated up, and the popularity of the residential industry in tourism has increased. With the growing development of the people, people have improved the quality and demand of the life of the people. In the current competitive environment, how to create a unique and unique lodging to attract tourists is an important topic. This article mainly introduces the design and transformation of Chinese folk lodging in Gaochun Yi Zi village. According to the local mature aquaculture and natural scenery, a set of characteristic and attracting tourist bases is made.
