摘 要

伴随着城市化的不断崛起，我国是世界上老龄化最严重的国家之一，并且老龄化的进程在不断地随着社会发展加快。随着我国的养老市场的扩大，老年人群体对居住环境的需求与日剧增，养老市场将推动社区商业的大爆发。发展中国特色的居家养老、社区养老的体系的基础之一就是“商养结合”，社区商业与养老模式的互相融合能够以更低的成本来提供养老的服务，从而更好的完善中国国情的养老服务体系。

社区养老环境设计包括公共空间设计、社区商业空间设计、居住环境等设计内容。根据老年群体的需求和实际情况进行环境设计更新。

该设计区域拟建设为社区嵌入式养老场所，该环境设计需在调研周边大环境及已有建筑的条件下，利用现代设计手法，设计合理的室内流线，划分明确和谐的场地功能区域，将室内设计元素做出艺术化的处理和创新型的设计，营造多元化养老方式，打造新型适合老年人活动的社区商业共享公共空间。

第一章 引言

1.1 养老社区环境空间设计的研究背景

随着城市的快速发展面貌发生巨大的变化，目前国内老龄化逐年增加，老年群体的养老问题慢慢的成为了社会所关注的焦点。在未来飞速发展的几十年里，我国不可避免的将成为世界上老龄化程度最高的国家。随之带来就是人口老龄化将加快“银发经济”的发展。近日，国家明确了应对人口老龄化的战略计划中，就明确要求要打造高质量的养老服务产业链，健全养老体系，增加服务供给，提升市场质量。

当代社会个人家庭经济负担加重，青中年自身生活繁忙，子女对父母的关心远不及老年群体内心所需要的关心。电子产品、媒体影音等资源的出现也代替不了人与人之间面对面的陪伴和交流。
