摘 要

随着我国经济的不断发展，数量多，地区广，跨度大的中小企业起着重要作用，在我国GDP总量中占60%以上的比重。全球经济的发展，使得资本流动国际化，跨国生产、流通成为一种新的趋势；网络和电子信息迅猛发展，突破了时间和空间的局限性，增大了企业之间的竞争强度。只要资金雄厚、市场定位准确，企业、公司就可以无限制地选择合作伙伴，构筑供应链，并且始终维持供应链的最优结构^[1]。所以中小企业必须改变经营、管理模式来提高运营效率，供应链管理是企业的重要的管理创新手段，它可以使企业保持稳定持久的竞争优势，从而提高供应链的整体竞争力。

企业供应链管理系统主要包括员工档案，供应商档案，网点档案,代理商档案，商品信息，用户及权限的管理等功能，本设计主要实现的中兴软件供应链系统中的两个核心管理：商品信息管理和用户权限管理。此系统的设计采用My Eclipse和MySQL作为开发环境，主要运用JSP和servlet技术来实现，总体系统结构采用三层式系统架构，即界面层、业务逻辑层和数据层。本系统具有人性化的界面设计，同时操作、维护、查询也很方便，具有及合理的权限设置，这样不但可以保障系统的数据安全，而且可以使系统维护起来简单，高效。

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have played a significant role by accounting for over 60% of China's total gross domestic product. At present, these enterprises are large in quantity, broad in area and wide in span. Transnational production and circulation has become a new trend with the development of global economy and internationalization of capital flows. As the rapid growth of the Internet and the electrical information, they have broken through the limitation of time and space as well as increased the intensity of competition between enterprises. Enterprises and companies can choose their partners and construct their supply chains without any limitation and meanwhile always maintain the optimal structure of their supply chains as long as they have abundant financial resources and accurate market positioning. Thus small and medium-sized enterprises need to improve their operational efficiency by changing the operation and management mode. As an important means of an enterprise's management and innovation, supply chain management can improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain by enabling the enterprise to maintain a stable and sustained competitive advantage.

An enterprise's supply chain management system has main features include the management of employee files, supplier files, branch files, agent files, commodity information, users and authorities. This design mainly features in two core managements of ZTE software supply chain system, that is, the commodity information management and user authorization management. Using My Eclipse and MySQL as the development environment, the design of this system is implemented mainly by using the technologies of JSP and servlet. The whole system structure is constructed by three-layer system, that is, the interface layer, the business logic layer and the data layer. This system has a personalized interface design, convenient ways of operation, maintenance and query, as well as a reasonable authorization, which not only keeps the data of the system safe but also makes the maintenance of the system easy and efficient.

中兴软件技术有限公司成立于2005年，中兴通讯二十多年的通信、软件行业的成功经验和强大的技术背景让中兴软件在行业发展道路上如鱼得水。经过近几年的发展，中兴软件技术有限公司已经在国内十多个大中城市设立了研发基地。中兴软件技术有限公司致力于大型系统软件研制到嵌入式软件的数个产品系列的开发，其中大多数产品技术都处在业内领先水平。

企业是推动国民经济发展的主体，同时也是构造市场经济的主体，更是促进社会稳定的基础力量。能够确保国民经济持续稳定增长，就能够缓解社会就业压力，优化产业链结构。然而从新世纪以来，产品的生命周期逐渐缩短，产品类别飞速膨胀，顾客对于交货时间的要求越来越高，对于服务的期望越来越高。全球化市场竞争的日趋激烈，新世纪的竞争关系是在合作共赢基础上的新型竞争关系，这使得过去那种企业与企业之间单打独斗的竞争模式逐渐消失，更多的是以协同商务、协同竞争和双赢原则为商业模式运作，从客户、供应商、研发中心、制造商、经销商到服务商等合作伙伴组成了供应链与供应链之间的竞争。复杂多变的形势对我国的各大企业提出了更高的要求。^[2]所以对于日益发展壮大的中兴软件技术有限公司,找到一套以共享机 制为核心，以综合性、交互性和专业性为主要特征的、运行成本低、安全可靠的管理系统解决方案来配合中兴软件的发展步伐，跟上时代的发展是很有必要的。
