摘 要

进销存系统，是使用it技术来对中兴手机进销存信息进行管理的系统，通过这个系统可以做到及时更新和检索销售公司进销存数据。进销存系统可以统一实时的管理企业仓库，能够及时监控仓库内各个类型存货的数量，从而极大的提升工作效率。避免了使用人工操作时，不能及时获取数据，以及人与人交换信息带来的不精确数据的弊端。

本课题所开发的进销存系统是对中兴手机销售方在进行进货，出货，批发销售，零售以及付款这一流程进行全程监管。从方便商家明确库存数量这一出发点，有效辅助企业解决业务管理、分销管理、存货管理、营销计划的执行和监控、统计信息的收集等方面的业务问题。

对于中兴手机销售进销存管理系统的设计以及实现的方法，我们从基础信息管理，商品销售管理，库存管理，系统设置管理等5个方面重点讨论了进销存系统出现的意义与发展。该系统使用SQL Server 2005数据库管理系统作为主要数据库，来保存系统中各式各样的数据。该系统主要使用了面向接口编程，以及I2C技术和数据库连接池技术，来保障系统运行的可行性。

1.1课题研究背景

随着信息更新的不断加快，计算机的普及，而且随着手机的不断更新换代，中兴手机的型号、价格、功能的区分也越来越细。人工数据管理以及不能满足现在这种网上销售的冲击，数据无法及时更新，大量繁琐的数据随时都可能出现，人工管理极有可能导致数据不够精确。这个时候企业进销存管理在数据的准确性、及时性方面的要求就显得格外重要。

1.2课题研究意义

进销存系统，是使用IT技术进行对中兴手机进销存信息管理的系统，能够及时反映库存的各种变化，统一管理企业仓库，能够实时监控仓库内各种类型存货的数量，减少人工操作的数据误差和错误，从而提高数据的精确性，也能从公司考虑，节约更多的人工资源消耗。员工能及时准确的获得商品的各样信息，来提升工作效率。也能通过库存及时反馈的库存信息来避免部分手机积压或者库存不足问题，方便公司做出正确的决定。

1.3研究概况和目标

信息管理在当今社会的重要程度越来越高，企业对于库存管理，货物管理，查询货物信息等信息管理的要求也越来越高。进销存系统也被更多的企业所应用，其间各类企业都已经成为市场需求核心。计算机的管理相比较人工统计管理的优势实在是太大了，所以进销存管理系统被大中型企业，还有小型企业所接受。

PHP ，ASP ，JSP这三种技术是现代段主流企业进销存管理系统最常见的编译方式。比较三种技术，JSP的特点是编译一次，就可以支持各个平台，具有强大的适用性，多样性，以及很多功能强大的开发工具都可以使用。JSP是一门成熟稳定的技术，它的框架和开发方式都很稳定。
