摘 要
随着中国最近30多年的飞速发展,消耗了我国大量的能源,所以能源问题现在已经成为长期影响中国发展的一个主要问题。目前热管作为一种高效的传热元件,因为其具有优良的传热能力和易于满足的技术条件,在各行业中的应用逐渐普及,特别是在余热回收和节能方面更是取得了立竿见影的效果。分离式热管换热器以其独特的优点,更是得到广泛的应用。本文本首先介绍了热管及热管换热器发展的背景及意义,主要就是余热回收和节能,减缓当前能源问题带来的压力。其次,本文对分离式热管预热器的原理及特性作了较为详尽的介绍。接着,本文着重讲了分离式热管换热器在电厂余热回收及脱硫方面的应用。再次,本文又介绍了分离式热管换热器关于传热特性、流动特性及充液率方面的研究成果。然后,本文选定特定参数,集合相关文献,设计了9500Nm3/h的分离式预热器,包括传热计算、结构设计和校核等方面的内容。本文设计了的分离式热管预热器,流量为9500Nm3/h的烟气进出口温度分别为250℃和180℃与流量为7600Nm3/h的空气进出口温度分别为20℃和116℃,热负荷为kW。空气侧和烟气侧迎风面积分别为mm2。实际管子根数124根,形式为16×4+15×4。最后,本文对分离式预热器作了总结及对未来发展的一个展望。

Design of 9500Nm3 / h Separate Heat Pipe Preheater
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China over 30 years, it has consumed a large number of resources in China, so the problem of energy has now become a long-term impact on China's development. Recently, heat pipe has become a highly efficient heat transfer components, because of its excellent heat transfer capacity and it is easy to meet the technical conditions in the application of the industry,so it is gradually popular, especially in the waste heat recovery and energy saving has achieved an immediate effect. Separate heat pipe heat exchanger with its unique advantages, it is widely used. This paper first introduced the heat pipe and heat pipe heat exchanger development background and significance, mainly including waste heat recovery and energy saving, slow down the current pressure brought about by the energy problems. Secondly, the principle and characteristics of the separate heat pipe preheater are introduced in detail. Then, this paper focuses on the application of separate heat pipe heat exchanger in waste heat recovery and power plant of desulfurization . Once again,this paper also introduces the study of heat transfer characteristics, flow characteristics and filling rate of separate heat pipe heat exchangers.. Then, this paper select specific parameters, the collection of relevant literature, and design a 9500Nm3/h separate preheater, including heat transfer calculations, structural design and verification.In this paper, i design a separate heat pipe preheater, and inlet and outlet temperature of the flue gas with the flow rate of 9500Nm3 / h are 250 ℃ and 180 ℃ and inlet and outlet temperature of air with the flow rate of 7600Nm3 / h are 20 ℃ and 116 ℃, and heat load is 263.316kW. The wind area of the air side and flue gas side both are 1040×1500mm2. The actual number of tubes is 124, and the form of it is 16×4 15×4. Finally, this paper make a summary and a vision for future development of the separates preheater.
