20t/h的热水空冷器设计毕业论文

摘 要

换热器是将热流体的热量传递给冷流体的设备,又称热交换器,在各行各业中都有着广泛的应用,能够达到工艺流程的指标和需要。其中,空气冷却器在换热方面有着突出的表现。空冷器早在20世纪30年代就开始出现,经过多次的设计和改进之后,40年代逐步在大中型企业进行应用和工作。

我国对于空冷器的研究是从1963年开始进行的,80年代之后又进一步得到了发展和进步。目前,国内的空冷器按结构分类大致有如下三种:管翅式空冷器、表面蒸发式空冷器、板式空冷器。空冷器作为一种换热设备,主要由盘管、外壳、风机等组成,其具有出色的节能效果,保护了自然环境。空冷器的研制成功和普遍推广,对我国的石油化工业发展、环境美化、水资源的合理利用和污水治理,都有着十分重要的作用和意义。可以预见,随着工业耗水量的增加,国内空冷器必将进一步扩大它的应用范围。

本文主要针对所给出的空冷器初始条件进行换热器设计,用Aspen EDR对其模拟,最后以经济最优方案进行换热器的优化设计。文章首先对空冷器进行了概括介绍,然后从空冷器的设计、空冷器的性能研究、空冷器的防腐和空冷器的应用前景阐述,最后用Aspen EDR软件进行模拟并优化。优化方面,本次设计追求的是经济效益的最大化,尽可能增大管心距和增加管排数,完成优化。在所有的优化结束之后,使用CAD画图软件对最终优化方案进行画图,最终完成设计。

Abstract

Heat exchanger is a device to transfer heat from hot fluid to cold fluid, also known as heat exchanger. It is widely used in all walks of life and can meet the requirements of technological process.Among them, air cooler has outstanding performance in heat transfer.Air coolers began to appear as early as the 1930s. After many designs and improvements, they were gradually applied and worked in large and medium-sized enterprises in the 1940s.

The research of air cooler in China began in 1963, and further developed and advanced after 1980s.At present, domestic air cooler according to the structure classification roughly has the following three: tube fin air cooler, surface evaporative air cooler, plate air cooler.As a kind of heat exchange equipment, air cooler is mainly composed of coil, shell and fan, etc. It has excellent energy saving effect and protects the natural environment.The successful development and universal promotion of air coolers play a very important role and significance in the development of China's petrochemical industry, environmental beautification, rational utilization of water resources and sewage treatment.It can be predicted that with the increase of industrial water consumption, domestic air cooler will further expand its application range.

In this paper, heat exchanger design is carried out based on the initial conditions of air cooler. Aspen EDR is used to simulate it. Finally, the optimal design of heat exchanger is carried out based on the economic optimal scheme.This paper firstly introduces the air cooler, and then elaborates the design of air cooler, the performance research of air cooler, the corrosion protection of air cooler and the application prospect of air cooler. Finally, Aspen EDR software is used to simulate and optimize the air cooler.In terms of optimization, this design pursues the maximization of economic benefits by increasing the distance between pipe centers and increasing the number of pipe rows as much as possible to complete the optimization.After all the optimization, use CAD drawing software to draw the final optimization scheme, and finally complete the design.
