别墅建筑物采用地源热泵技术的空调系统设计毕业论文

摘 要
地源热泵户式中央空调通过热量传递,将地表水、地下水、土壤等低位能量传递给热泵机组,然后热泵机组将其能量用来控制冷媒水温度,在室内进行换热。由于其能量可再生且无污染,目前正在被广泛地应用到现代建筑当中。
别墅空调设计建筑面积396.18,空调总面积161.18,位于武汉市,其要求夏季能够供冷,冬季能够供热。该别墅分为三层,由于房间面积和人数各不同,需要的热、湿负荷补充(消减)量也不同,需要进行实时调控。为了能够合理利用低位能量,减少一次能源的浪费,就要采用地源热泵技术。
别墅空调设计包括冷、热负荷以及湿负荷的计算、送风量的确定、冷媒管径的选择等。整个设计采用地埋管地源热泵和风机盘管系统,其布置灵活,可以进行一对一控制,适用范围较广。空调系统以冷媒水为媒介,通过冷媒水泵向室内提供冷量(热量);并进行循环,机组循环液冷却(加热)换热器之后,经过处理流向地下,简易方便无污染,是一种“绿色”技术,有很好的发展空间。

Abstract
Ground source heat pump central air conditioning use the heat transfer, the surface water, groundwater, soil and other low energy to transfer to the heat pump unit, and then heat pump unit takes advantage of the energy to control the refrigerant water temperature, then heat exchange indoor. Because of its energy renewable and pollution-free, it is currently being widely used in modern architecture.
Villa air conditioning design’s construction area is 396.18m2, air conditioning total area is 161.18m2, it is located in Wuhan, which requires the summer to be cold, the winter can heat. The villa is divided into three layers, due to the different size and number of rooms, the need for heat, wet load supplement (reduction) is also different,so it needs for real-time control. In order to be able to rational low energy, reduce the waste of primary energy, we must use ground source heat pump technology.
Villa air conditioning design includes cold, heat load and the calculation of wet load, air volume to determine the choice of refrigerant diameter and so on. The design embraces the ground through the ground source heat pump and fan coil system, the layout is flexible, adopts one-on-one control, so it has a wider range of applications. Air conditioning system use refrigerant water as the medium, it is flowing the refrigerant pump to the indoor cooling capacity (heat); and cycling, the unit circulating fluid cooling (heating) heat exchanger, after treatment to the ground, it is easy, convenient and without pollution, so it’s a " Green "technology, there is a good room for development.
