摘 要
本设计的题目是湖北宜昌某石灰石露天矿年产200万吨开采设计,以湖北省宜昌市和尚堡石灰石露天矿地质资料为工程背景,依据露天矿山设计规范和矿床赋存条件,充分考虑矿山安全、经济和环保等要求,进行切实可行的露天开采设计。
设计的主要内容包括:经济合理开采境界、开拓运输系统、露天台阶爆破工艺、采剥进度计划、排土场和设备选型等,使矿山设计方案满足技术可行、经济合理、安全环保的基本要求。
本设计的主要思路是通过已有的和尚堡矿区地质勘探报告资料,按照露天矿山开采设计手册相关规范和标准,遵从国家相关的法律条文规定,结合自我所学的专业知识,并通过读阅有关的参考文献吸取新的设计思路、采取新的技术手段来设计出石灰石露天矿山开采的有效、合理、经济、安全、绿色方案。
此设计所包括的主要参数和数据有:设计出年产200万吨的露天石灰石矿;矿山所设计的经济合理剥采比为1.5m3/m3;开拓方式为公路溜井平硐联合开拓;台阶坡面角为70°,台阶高度为12m,最终边坡角为40°;安全平台宽度为3m,清扫平台宽度为8m,运输主道路宽18m;露天矿最小底宽为42m;最低开采标高为700m,最高为1225.8m;露天矿开采境界内可采石灰石储量约为13870.62万吨,可采年限为44年;爆破工艺选择为则采用露天台阶深孔爆破方案,并采用多排孔微差爆破起爆方法。
矿区内主要器械设备型号为:运输设备为CAT 797Z自卸式矿车、 CAT R1700G矿用铲运机、WA470-3型铲运机以及DTC100/25/2*250 SD带式运输机。采剥设备主要是WK-55新型电铲和CAT 374F L液压挖掘机。粗破碎设备是美斯达MC-250IS履带反击式移动破碎机。

Abstract
The topic of this design is hubei yichang, an annual output of 2 million tons of limestone open-pit on the basis of open- mine mining design to fort monk in Yichang of Hubei limestone open-pit mine geological data for engineering background, on the basis of open-pit mine design specification and deposit occurrence conditions, give full consideration to the mine safety, economic, and environmental requirements, such as practical strip mining design.
The main contents of the design include: economical and reasonable mining boundary, exploitation and transportation system, open stage blasting technology, mining and stripping schedule plan, dump site and equipment selection, etc., so that the mine design scheme can meet the basic requirements of technical feasibility, economical and reasonable, safety and environmental protection.
The main idea of this design is through the existing fort monk mining area geological prospecting report data, according to the open-air mining design manual related specifications and standards, to comply with the relevant national law regulation, combined with self-learning professional knowledge, and by reading relevant references to learn new design ideas, adopt new technology to design the limestone open-pit mines is effective, reasonable, safe, economic and green solutions.
The main parameters and data included in the design are: to design an open limestone mine with an annual output of 2 million tons. The economic and reasonable stripping ratio designed for the mine is 1.5m3/m3. The way of development is joint development of highway tunnel adit. The slope Angle of the step is 70°, the height of the step is 12m, and the final slope Angle is 40°. The width of the safety platform is 3m, the width of the cleaning platform is 8m, and the width of the main transportation road is 18m. The minimum bottom width of the open-pit mine is 42m. The lowest mining elevation is 700m and the highest is 1225.8m. In the open-pit mining boundary, the mineable limestone reserves are about 138.7062 million tons, and the mineable life is 44 years. The blasting technology is selected as open air step deep hole blasting scheme and multi-row hole differential blasting initiation method are adopted.
The main types of equipment in the mine area are: the transport equipment is CAT 797Z dump car, CAT R1700G mine scraper, WA470-3 scraper and DTC100/25/2*250 SD belt conveyor. The main equipment is the wk-55 new shovel and CAT 374F L hydraulic excavator.
