1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)
in the machining process, in order toensure the processing accuracy, the process equipment that fixes the workpieceto occupy a certain position to accept processing or inspection is collectivelyreferred to as a machine tool fixture, or simply a fixture. the fixture firstappeared in the late 18th century. with the continuous advancement of scienceand technology, fixtures have evolved from an auxiliary tool to a full range ofprocess equipment [1, 2]. a machine tool fixture is a device used on a machinetool to hold a workpiece. its role is to make the workpiece have a correctposition with respect to the machine tool or tool and maintain this position duringprocessing. the role of machine tool fixtures in machining can be summed up inseveral aspects: ensuring machining accuracy; improving production efficiencyand reducing costs; expanding the range of machine tools; and reducing thelabor intensity of workers. its composition includes positioning elements,clamping devices, connecting elements between the clamps and the machine tool,knife or guide elements, other devices or elements, and clamps. according tothe scope of use of the fixture can be divided into: universal fixtures,special fixtures, universal adjustable fixtures and group fixtures, combinationfixtures, accompanying fixtures. here we focus on the automation,standardization, generalization and high efficiency of the fixture design, and payattention to the green design to make the operation comfortable, agile andaccurate. this will help shorten the production cycle and reduce costs, so thatgood economic benefits can be achieved.
the design of the jig for the milling process ofthe connecting rods and keyways is the subject of this research. the process ofconnecting the rods and milling the keyways is the process of machining theconnecting rods. the shape and size of the blanks and the physical andmechanical properties of the materials are changed by means of cutting to makethem suitable for use. the process of parts required for certain accuracy,roughness, etc.

· clear the principle ofpositioning the workpiece, using a fully positioned approach.
· positioning original selection:use v-blocks to tighten the way. including the direction of clamping
