摘 要
PROE是一个非常全面的三维模型的设计类软件,其集CAD/CAM/CAE等功能于一身,在现如今的三维模型设计软件产品中有着很重要的地位,并且被机械设计这一行业所认可,PROE是机械设计软件中的标杆软件,尤其是在CAD/CAM/CAE范畴中,当然也是现如今最成功的CAD/CAM三维设计软件。在三维模型的参数化设计领域的运用十分广泛,PROE软件着重的设计理念就是三维模型的参数化。“参数”是参数化的关键所在,在某个零件或模型的设计中,参数是以尺寸的形式来显现的。参数化三维模型设计的优势在于允许设计者更改参数来方便地改变模型设计。
本文运用PROE参数化模型的设计理念,以 Wildfire5.0版本的软件作为依据,结合具体的斜齿轮模型建立过程,研究斜齿轮一般的参数化建模的基本方法,并建立三维斜齿轮零件库和完成斜齿轮的二次开发。首先,按绘图步骤对斜齿轮进行建模,再在绘图过程中通过对相关参数添加关系,完成斜齿轮模型的参数化,并与最后运用PROE自带的工具来完成斜齿轮模型的二次开发,这样方便用户快速设定参数,并得到其想要的模型。

Parametric modeling method of helical gear based on PROE and the creation of 3D Part Library
Abstract:
PROE is a integrated 3D software, including the functions of CAD / CAM / CAE , occupying an important position in the present 3D modeling software, and it is one of the the most successful CAD / CAM software because of its recognition and promotion as new standards in the field of the world's mechanical CAD / CAE / CAM. It is widely used in the field of 3D design, and parametric design is the emphasis of the design concept of PROE. "Parameter" is the core concept of parametric design, in a model, the parameters are displayed in the form of size. The advantages of parametric design is that the design intention can be easily modified by changing the parameters.
Using the idea of PROE parametric design, this paper is used to conduct the research to the helical gear parametric modeling method based on Pro / Engineer Wildfire5.0 system, by combining with the actual modeling process. Last it creates 3D parts library and completes the secondary development of gear parts library. First, according to the drawing steps of helical gear modeling, in the process of drawing by the related parameter of add, helical gear’s parametric, then use PROE comes with Pro / Toolkit gear model base of secondary development, so convenient user parameters, and get the wanted model.
