摘 要

启闭机液压缸主要用途是在水利工程方面,启闭机液压缸有着显著的优点:技术领先、布局严谨,工艺性、价格便宜;运行平稳、安全、可靠、效率高;可实现无级调速;简单的集中控制,自动化操作简单的优点,维修方便;液压绞车有利于优化建筑物的整体水行业和贸易,在水利枢纽、船闸、发电、防洪防汛项目使用突飞猛进。但在实际应用,液压绞车仍然有许多问题令人困惑的发展,迫切需要解决。特别是对于水利水电工程,液压缸的设计和应用的大型液压缸。

启闭机液压缸主要的结构是液压缸,闸门能不能正常运行是与液压缸性能好坏有着直接的关系。本论文在查阅许多有关启闭机液压缸的资料后,分析了启闭机液压缸目前的发展前景,对启闭机液压缸有了一定的了解,现在开始对启闭机液压缸进行了设计。启闭机液压缸设计的内容包括对液压缸工作负载的选择,并且包括了缸筒、缸底和活塞杆、活塞、中隔圈和导向套的设计,密封元件的选用和缸筒与端盖的连接的设计,缸筒壁厚和活塞杆强度和稳定性、连接螺钉强度的校核和液压缸的安装准则的确定。

Design of hydraulic cylinder of plane gate hoist

Abstract

Hydraulic hoist is mainly used in hydraulic engineering gate, hydraulic hoist has a significant advantage:Technology leader, layout rigorous, craft, price is cheap; the operation is stable, safe, reliable, high efficiency;Can realize stepless speed regulation; easy to centralized control, automatic operation is simple, convenient maintenance;Hydraulic hoist is conducive to optimizing the overall water industry and trade of the building is placed, it in water conservancy, navigation locks, power generation, flood control flood control projects use by leaps and bounds.But in the practical application, the hydraulic hoist still has many problems which are puzzling its development, which needs to be solved urgently.Especially for the water conservancy and hydropower project, the design and application of hydraulic cylinder of large hydraulic cylinder is put forward.

Hydraulic cylinder is the main structure of the hydraulic hoist. The performance of the hydraulic cylinder is directly related to the good operation of the gate.After consulting a large amount of relevant data, the paper analyzes the development trend of the hydraulic cylinder, and designs the hydraulic cylinder.The design includes the selection of working load of the hydraulic cylinder, cylinder, cylinder, piston rod, piston, septum, guide sleeve and exhaust device design,The design of the connection between the sealing element, cylinder and end cap, the thickness of the cylinder wall, the strength and stability of the piston rod, the strength of the connection bolt and the installation method of the hydraulic cylinder.
