摘 要
感应加热炉是一种将工频50HZ交流电转变为中频(300HZ以上至1000HZ)的电源装置,把三相工频交流电,整流后变成直流电,再把直流电变为可调节的中频电流,供给由电容和感应线圈里流过的中频交变电流,在感应圈中产生高密度的磁力线,并切割感应圈里盛放的金属材料,在金属材料中产生涡流。
现今,国内很多工厂的回火炉的上下料工作仍由人工完成。由于上下料工作中工人需要靠近高温回火炉上方,而回火炉在工作中会产生一定的热辐射,所以工人的身体健康会受到一定的影响。而且大多数做回火炉上下料工作的工人的工作环境都比较恶劣,生产效率低下且劳动强度较大,所以为了工人的身体健康及上下料效率,设计一套上下料系统的任务迫在眉睫。本设计充分考虑的回火炉上下料系统的工作环境及特点,并为此为基础设计出一套结构简单,操作方便的上下料系统,以便辅助工人的工作,提高工作效率。
本文设计的上下料系统主要实现三种功能:提升物料,滑道传送,缓冲掉落,因此结合机械设计的相关原理,依次设计四种结构,即传送机构,缓冲机构,支撑架和提升机构。我对滑道和缓冲机构的可行性进行了计算,最后做出样品进行了实验,从理论和实际上证明了设计的可行性以及科学性。
本论文主要对传送机构,缓冲机构,支撑架和提升机构进行了设计和研究。内容主要包括:上下料系统总体方案的设计,具体结构的设计,最后通过计算和现场实验证明了设计的可行性。

Abstract
Induction heating furnace is a kind of power supply device which converts the ac current of power frequency 50HZ to intermediate frequency (from 300HZ to 1000HZ), converts the ac current of three-phase power frequency into dc after rectification, and then converts the dc current into adjustable intermediate frequency current,supply the intermediate frequency alternating current flowing through the capacitance and induction coil,high density lines of magnetic force are generated in the induction coil, and the metal material contained in the induction coil is cut, generating eddy current in the metal material.
Nowadays, the feeding and unloading of tempering furnace in many domestic factories is still done manually.Because the workers need to be close to the top of the high temperature tempering furnace in the feeding and unloading work, and the tempering furnace will produce certain thermal radiation in the work, the health of the workers will be affected to a certain extent.Moreover, most of the workers who do the tempering furnace loading and unloading work have a harsh working environment with low production efficiency and high labor intensity. Therefore, for the sake of the health of the workers and the loading and unloading efficiency, it is urgent to design a set of loading and unloading system.This design fully considers the working environment and characteristics of the tempering furnace loading and unloading system, and for this purpose, it designs a set of simple structure and convenient operation of the loading and unloading system, so as to assist the workers' work and improve work efficiency.
The loading and unloading system designed in this paper mainly realizes three kinds of functions: lifting materials, sliding path transfer and buffering falling. Therefore, four kinds of structures are designed in sequence according to the relevant principles of mechanical design, namely, transmission mechanism, buffer mechanism, support frame and lifting mechanism.I calculated the feasibility of the slide and the buffer mechanism, and finally made a sample for the experiment, which proved the feasibility and scientific nature of the design both theoretically and practically.
In this paper, the transmission mechanism, buffer mechanism, support frame and lifting mechanism are designed and studied.The contents mainly include the design of the overall scheme of the loading and unloading system, the design of the concrete structure, and finally the feasibility of the design is proved by calculation and field experiments.

1.1 课题来源
本课题来源于校企合作项目--“立式感应加热炉自动上料机研究与设计”。本文所述立式感应加热炉自动上下料系统研究与设计主要针对一种将工频20Hz交流电转变为中频的感应加热炉,设计一套辅助人工的上下料系统,提高工人的工作效率,降低工人工作的危险性。
