变速箱生产线工件输送系统设计毕业论文

摘 要

汽车拥有很多零件,变速箱是关键的一个部件,变速箱箱体更是变速箱的关键零件。产品的质量和企业的经济效益直接受汽车变速箱壳体的加工工艺的影响,变速箱的性能和质量直接影响装载机整机的性能。为了提高装载机的质量和降低整机成本,本文建立了一条变速箱生产线。

本课题以该生产线为设计依据,拟统筹规划生产线工件输送系统,利用机械手抓取工件、由动力部件驱动机械手运动,保证工件按工序顺序在各工位的搬运。重点考虑输送系统的总体布局、机械手的布置形式、运动循环方式及实现。

本课题在对于生产线的方案进行了详细的论述, 其中包括变速箱生产线总体布局、变速箱生产线的选择、变速箱生产线机床的布置、机械手的布置形式、输送系统的布置形式、桁架的布置形式、流水节拍的确定的详细叙述。在流水节拍方面确定了生产线各工序所需要的时间。

本课题规划设计了一条全新的变速箱生产线,该生产线主要包括动力部件、机械手、各工位的机床的布置。本课题完成了变速箱下箱体的工件输送系统的设计。

Abstract

The car has many parts, the gearbox is a key component, gearbox box is the key parts of the gearbox.The machining technology of gearbox influnces the quality of automobile and the profit of. enterprise. The quality and performance of gearbox directly influence performance of loader. In order to improve the quality of the loader and reduce the cost of the whole machine, a transmission line is established.

This paper takes the line as the design basis, intends to co-ordinate the planning of production line workpiece conveying system, using the manipulator grasp the workpiece, movement of the manipulator is driven by the power part to ensure workpiece according to procedure in the handling of each station. The general layout of the conveying system, the arrangement form of the manipulator, the movement cycle mode and the realization of the system are mainly considered.

This topic in detail for the production line of the program, including the arrangement of the layout of the gear box production line layout, gear box production line, gear box production line machine, manipulator, conveying system, the layout form of truss layout, water beats determined are described in detail. The time required for each process of the production line is determined in the running water rhythm.

The project planning and design of a new gearbox production line, the production line is mainly including power components, mechanical hand, the layout of the machine tool. This topic completes the transmission system design of the gearbox under the box.
