梭车式全自动集装箱码头装卸工艺系统设计与分析毕业论文

摘 要

随着自动化集装箱码头的兴起,自动化码头的好处越来越明显。本文综合国内外码头设计的先进之处,设计了一个年吞吐量为200万TEU的全自动化集装箱码头。

本文的设计分析大体包含以下四个方面内容:第一个方面是二种方案的码头平面布置与装卸工艺设计,第二个方面是码头装卸系统机械设备选型、技术参数的确定,工艺系统装卸效率的计算分析 ,第三方面是集装箱堆场高速轨道起重机总体设计,最后一个方面是外文专业资料翻译及查阅 。设计着重在梭车式码头装卸工艺,集装箱从船上卸下,再由跨运车与堆场梭车系统的转接,最后被堆场起重机放到指定位置。这一过程及其反过程是如何操作运行的,都是本文要考虑的。

通过最后分析计算比较,在满足梭车式式自动化集装箱码头建设规模要求的前提下,根据有关部门推荐的工程平面规划方案,本着最少投资、最大产出的宗旨,即技术可行、经济合理的原则,结合国内外港口的装卸工艺系统和天津港集装箱码头建设地区的各种条件,确定了梭车式自动化集装箱码头平面布置与装卸工艺推荐方案。设计采用装卸桥——轨道式龙门吊装卸工艺方案,集装箱堆场垂直码头布置,沿码头岸线方向布置成三块,集装箱码头大门采用分离式布置形式和集中式布置形式两种方案。

Abstract

With the rise of automated container terminals, the benefits of automated terminals are becoming more and more obvious. In this paper, the advanced design of the domestic and international terminal, the design of an annual throughput of 2 million TEU fully automated container terminal.

Generally speaking, the design and analysis of this paper contains the following four aspects: the first aspect is the second scheme of terminal layout and handling technology design. The second aspect is the terminal handling system equipment selection, technical parameters determined process system, the loading efficiency of calculation and analysis, the third aspect is the overall design of the high speed railway container yard crane, finally is foreign language professional data translation and consulting. The design focuses on the shuttle type wharf handling process, the container from the ship unloading, and then by the truck and yard shuttle bus system transfer, and finally by the yard crane to the designated location. This process and its inverse process is how to operate, are to be considered in this paper.

Through the analysis of the final calculation compared under the premise of satisfying the requirements of shuttle car type automatic container terminal construction scale, according to the engineering plan scheme recommended by the relevant departments, with the purpose of the minimum investment and maximum output of the purpose that the technology is feasible, economical and reasonable principle, the handling technology system of domestic and international port and Tianjin Port container terminal construction area for a variety of conditions to determine the shuttle car type automatic container terminal layout and handling technology of the recommended scheme. Using crane, rail mounted gantry crane handling technology design, container yard vertical layout of the terminal, along the quay is arranged into three pieces and for the gate of container terminal by separation of two type layout and centralized layout program
