光催化污水处理实验装置的设计毕业论文

摘 要
在水污染越来越严重的今天,过去处理污水的方法已经达不到我们对污水处理后水质的要求。光催化氧化的特点有很多,其中让人们最看重的是以下几点,首先它的材料价格不高,效率不低。本课题研究的目的是在查阅相关的一些书面资料,结合机械设计课程设计的一些知识和AUTOCAD设计一台光催化污水处理实验装置。本课题的研究对我国目前的污水处理,环境保护以及维持生态平衡和经济的可持续发展都有一定的意义。通过做这个课题,我查阅资料了解到了国内外的光催化污水处理装置的发展现状,希望可以加快我国的光催化污水处理装置的器件化、产品化、工业化。
光催化污水处理装置的系统参数设计,包括光催化污水处理装置类型的选定、搅拌功率的计算、主要零部件的机构设计、装置的总体设计、电动机的选型、及强度校核等。利用AutoCAD绘制装配机的总装配图和零件图。

Abstract
Nowadays, water pollution is becoming more and more serious, the methods of treating sewage in the past have not reached our requirements for the water quality after sewage treatment. There are many characteristics of photocatalytic oxidation, among which the most important is the following points, first of all, its material price is not high, efficiency is not low. and the purpose of this research is to design a photocatalytic sewage treatment experimental device in reference to some relevant written materials, combined with some knowledge and AUTOCAD of mechanical design course design. The research of this topic has certain significance for the current sewage treatment, environmental protection and maintaining ecological balance and sustainable economic development in China. By doing this, I have consulted the data to understand the development of photocatalytic sewage treatment plant at home and abroad, hoping to speed up the device, production and industrialization of photocatalytic sewage treatment plant in China.
The system parameter design of photocatalytic sewage treatment unit, including the selection of the type of photocatalytic sewage treatment unit, the calculation of stirring power, the mechanism design of the main parts, the overall design of the unit, the selection of the motor, and the strength check, etc. Draw the assembly drawing and part drawing of assembly machine with AutoCAD.
