模切机运行状态监测系统设计毕业论文

摘 要
随着包装印刷产品需求量的增大,模切机得到广泛应用并随着印刷质量和生产效率要求的提高而不断发展。虽然我国已经拥有了全自动模切技术,但由于我国模切机的发展历史较为久远,在小型工厂使用的模切机多为手动或半自动机器,需要大量的人工操作和监控,工作效率和人力利用率较低,存在改进的可能。
针对小型工厂中工作效率和人力利用率低的问题,设计了模切机运行状态监控系统。该系统设计主要包括状态检测模块、集成显示模块、无线传输模块三大部分。该监测系统首先利用传感器对模切机容易出现运行错误的地方进行监测,将结果收集后判断正误。然后将错误信息通过无线传输发送给一定距离之外的集成显示模块。
本文通过对模切机运行状态监控系统的设计,主要完成了以下几点工作:
(1)在控制成本的前提下,实现硬件电路的设计和焊接,通过尽量减少冗余电路实现成本的最小化。
(2)通过对无线传输模块的学习,实现多机间的无线传输。
(3)针对监测系统的需求,编写出单片机程序代码,实现需求。
通过以上工作,完成了本系统的设计。最终完成的系统经过调试,基本完成预设监控功能。本系统的应用将精简维持多模切机生产的人力,减少人力成本,提高生产效率,解放劳动力。

Abstract
With the increasing demand for packaging and printing products, die-cutting machine has been widely used, and with the printing quality and production efficiency requirements of continuous improvement. Although our country has already been fully automatic die-cutting technology, but because of the historical development of our country's die-cutting machine is long, die-cutting machine used in small factories for manual or semi automatic machine, manual operation and monitoring the work efficiency and manpower utilization rate is low, there is the possibility of improvement.
In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and low manpower utilization in small factories, a monitoring system for the running state of die cutting machine is designed. The system design mainly includes the state detection module, integrated display module, wireless transmission module of three parts. The monitoring system is the first to use sensor of the die-cutting machine to run the wrong place for monitoring, collecting results after the judge will. Then, the error information is transmitted by wireless transmission to an integrated display module outside a certain distance.
In this paper, through the design of the running state monitoring system of die cutting machine, we have finished the following work:
(1) control the cost of the hardware circuit design and welding, minimize the redundant circuit to minimize the cost.
(2) through the study of wireless transmission module, the wireless transmission between multi machines is realized.
(3) according to the demand of the monitoring system, a singlechip program code is compiled to realize the requirement.
Through the above work, completed the design of the system. Finally, the system has been debugged and basically completed the preset monitoring function. The application of this system will simplify the maintenance of multi-mode cutting machine labor, reduce labor costs, improve production efficiency, liberate labor force.
