摘 要

随着信息技术的发展，知识管理已经成为现代高校中不可或缺的事项，实验室知识管理系统的建设，是当代教育信息化的大背景下，根据实验室具体的需求，做出科学、合理的设计，帮助实验室成员高效利用知识资源，可以促进个人和实验室的知识管理。

本论文通过学习知识管理的相关理论和国内研究现状，从学生和教师双向用户群的角度，设计并开发了这个适用于系统管理的知识管理软件。通过不同身份的权限和功能设定，提高知识管理的效率。

本文首先通过研究当前知识管理的现状，并着重了解与软件相关的内容，然后根据老师提供的问卷调查及结果，分析出目前研究生在知识创新方面存在的问题，梳理用户需求并总结开发适合理工科实验室的知识管理的系统。接着，学习Java、Struts2、Spring和Hibernate框架、MySQL数据库语言、Photoshop设计软件等技术。同时，确定本软件适用人群：管理员、学生/老师，共两类，并根据他们的使用场景，进行需求分析细化，盘点软件的功能，进行总结汇总。然后对相关数据库进行设计，以及每个模块进行单独开发，单独模块开发完成进行集成开发。开发完成后，设计测试用例对系统进行测试，将发现的问题进行汇总，再进行二次开发，单点问题逐一击破。再次测试，所有用例均顺利通过，并且整个系统完全满足学生和老师的诉求。最后，对整个项目工作进行复查，总结与展望。本文的研究和系统的实现可以在一定程度上提高相关实验室的管理水平和效率。

Abstract

With the development of information technology, knowledge management has become an indispensable matter in the contemporary university. The construction of laboratory knowledge management system is in the background of contemporary education information. According to the specific needs of the laboratory, I made scientific and reasonable design, to help laboratory members to use knowledge resources efficiently and improve the level of knowledge management of personal and laboratory.

In the paper, from the perspective of the student and teacher two-way user group, I designed and developed the knowledge management system by studying the relevant theories and current situation of knowledge management. This system improved the efficiency of knowledge management through the different identities’ accesses and function settings.

This paper studied the current situation of knowledge management and focused on some content about software. Then, according to the questionnaire survey and result provided by the teacher, this paper analyzed some problems of the graduate students in the knowledge creation, combined the user's needs and developed a system which id suitable for science and engineering laboratory. Then, I learned Java, SSH framework, MySQL and Photoshop. At the same time, I determined two kinds of users: administrators, students/teachers, and according to their usage scenarios, detailed analysis of needs and inventoried software functions. After this, I designed the database, developed each module separately, and took integration development. After the development is completed, I designed test cases to test the system. The problems were gathered. And in the second development, these problems were broken one by one. Tested again, all use cases were passed, and the whole system fully met the demands of students and teachers. Finally, I made a complex of the entire project, and carried out a summary and outlook. The studying and implementation of this system can improve the management level and efficiency of the laboratory in a certain extent.

第1章 绪论

1.1 项目研究的背景及意义

众所周知，随着信息的爆发，各大院校的信息化建设都已经提上日程，成为各个重视科研院校的重中之重，无论何时，都难以屏蔽随处可见的信息化服务^[1]。同时，随着各大院校科研工作的发展，知识管理已经变得尤为重要，拥有一套合理的知识管理系统将大大提升科研效率，同时减少不必要的时间浪费^[2]。

在知识经济时代，知识管理一直是组织中最重要的战略行动之一。知识处于知识管理实践的中心阶段，而且涉及到人类的参与。有前辈指出：“新时代最有价值的生产力应该是拥有相关知识储备的人才。”知识可以分为不同类型，如隐性知识和显性知识，隐性或者显性的知识是由知识经济中大多数知识型员工掌握的^[3]。

研究机构和大学是社会学术界的重要组成部分，其中很重要的作用就是创造和传播科学知识，这是社会进步和经济发展的根本动力^[4]。因此，学术界的科学知识创造过程的加强将很大程度上影响知识经济的产生。研究型实验室是当前科研中的基石。知识管理是一种很先进管理模式,对于保护好实验室的研究成果,实现知识创造和知识共享,建立相互合作的研究型实验室，使用价值很高^[5]。所以，引入知识管理，在创造和使用知识的同时不断提高创新效率,进而提升实验室的核心竞争力。
