摘 要

中国是中外闻名的美食大国，伴随着国家经济的不断蓬勃发展，国民生活水平和消费水平的进一步提高，也带动了餐饮行业的快速发展。满足个人的温饱早已不再是当今的热点，人们的生活方式逐渐在转变着，饮食已经逐渐成为了一种时尚，一种享受。餐饮经营者已经不满足于使用传统人工操作的方式营销、经营。传统的人工写记账单、核算状物、统计销售量等工作既费时、费力，也容易产生错误。网上订餐系统的出现，方便的计算机运行方式，为以上问题提供了新的解决方式。既提高了工作的效率，又节省了大量人力资源，为广大餐饮行业的经营者带来了更多的利益，同时也方便了广大的消费者。

本网上订餐系统涉及的后台数据库选择了使用用SQL Server 2005进行建立，应用程序、控制程序等内部代码的开发采用了Visual Studio 2008平台以及C#语言。本网上订餐实现的功能模块有：会员注册，会员登陆，修改密码，资料修改，菜谱查看，地方特色菜谱查看，购菜车管理，批量加入购菜车。论文中详细描述了各个模块的功能、结构的具体设计过程。

Abstract

China is a big country world-renowned cuisine, accompanied by continued buoyant national economy, living standards and further improve the level of consumption, but also led to the rapid development of the catering industry. Food and clothing to meet individual is no longer hot today, people are gradually changing the lifestyle, diet has become a fashion, a pleasure. Foodservice operators have been satisfied with traditional manual way of marketing, operations. Traditional manual bookkeeping write single substance accounting, statistics, sales and other work is time-consuming, laborious, and prone to error. Appear online reservation system to facilitate the computer running the way for the above problem provides a new solution. Both to improve the work efficiency, but also save a lot of human resources, for the majority of food and beverage industry operators to bring more benefits, but also convenient for the majority of consumers.

The online ordering system involves the use of back-end database to select the SQL Server 2005 be used to establish the development, applications, and other internal control program code using Visual Studio 2008 platform and the C # language. The online ordering achieve functional modules are: member registration, member login, change password, data modification, recipes view, check local features recipes, buy food cart management, batch add vegetables car purchase. Detailed description of the function of each module paper, the specific structure of the design process.

第一章 概述

1.1选题的背景

随着科学技术的日新月异，人类社会的形式也在潜移默化中改变，Internet应用已经深入到人们生活的每个角落，电子商务也应运而生。它是基于浏览器/服务器架构的，依托于开放的Internet环境的，能够实现消费者不出家门，在网上订餐购物，在网上直接与商户交易的新型商业运营模式。企业和商户，能脱离实体店的束缚，通过虚拟的网络平台、虚拟的支付平台以及网上管理平台，整合自有资源和共享资源，更为高效地服务于客户，运行成本也相对低廉。本系统提供了网上订餐的平台，通过主页面向用户展示了餐厅的菜肴品种、价格等详细信息，客户可以足不出户的在线选择菜肴、下菜单，同时可以将对商品的建议通过留言的形式同管理员进行沟通与交流。

对于用户而言，不用出门去饭店，可以节约很多时间。用户可以在主页上面，直观的了解网上餐厅提供的各种菜肴。同时减弱了餐馆对场地的依赖，打破了翻台率的束缚，大大降低了餐厅的场地成本。
