摘 要

随着网络的普及、社会的快速发展，计算机已经普及到每家每户，人们的生活已经完全离不开电脑。传统企业的人工管理已经无法满足现代企业的要求，而企业考勤管理系统解决了这一问题。它完善了企业内部管理模式，增强了信息的快速传递以及信息即时处理的需求，大大减少了管理人的时间与精力，进而提高企业的市场竞争力。企业管理员可以运用系统数据库资源信息，发送所需要的信息给其他部门人员，快速而有效，在不久的将来，企业管理系统肯定是企业的必备管理软件。

本系统基于B/S架构(Browser/Sever)，本文将详细论述此系统的设计、开发与实现过程。系统代码的编写与调试采用成熟的开发工具MyEclipse用于后台，并使用Struts Hibernate框架开发，使用MVC的设计模式，方便日后维护，网页设计美观，内容丰富。

The Design and Realization of Office Automation Based on Struts2

Abstract

With the development of social economy, people cannot leave computer network every day. Traditional manual management of enterprises has couldn't keep up with the pace of The Times, the enterprise office management system to solve the problem. It improve the enterprise internal management model, to enhance the information of the rapid transfer and demand information real-time processing, greatly reduces the time and energy to manage people, and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. Companies can quickly as possible using the information resources, timely provide the required information to multistage office personnel, to provide the efficiency and quality, in the near future, enterprise office management system must be the necessary management software.

This system based on B/S architecture (Browser/Sever), this paper will detail the system design, development and implementation process. System coding and debugging adopting mature development tools MyEclipse for background, and use the Struts Hibernate framework development, using the MVC design pattern, convenient maintenance in the future, web design and beautiful, rich in content. In addition, using MySQL database for the system provides a powerful and perfect database environment.

绪论

1.1课题研究背景

企业考勤管理系统是企业在日常运作和管理中，管理人员与员工每日必用的系统软件。先前有许多中小型企业都还是用的笔和纸的传统人工管理模式，这样既不便于管理还浪费成本和时间，后期的检查工作也不便于进行，在数据的记录过程中也容易出错。而网络办公的方式，将全面而快速的统计信息，将人员的复杂性和组织的特有性变得简单而便捷，进而避免人为的过多错误。提高了企业的经济效益的同时，为企业经营提供了决策性的大量权威数据，使企业管理进入到科学化、系统化、标准化和网络化的时代。
