摘 要

随着我国市场经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，住宅小区成为人们安家置业的首选。人们在对住宅本身的美观,质量要求越来越高的同时，对小区物业管理的要求也越来越高，诸如对小区的维修维护，甚至对各项投诉都要求小区管理者做得好，做得完善，简单的社区服务已经不能满足人们的需求。要想提高物业管理水平，必须全方位提高物业管理意识。只有高标准、高质量的社区服务才能满足人们的需求。如何利用先进的管理手段，提高物业管理水平，让物业管理实现由人工管理向计算机管理机制的过渡，已经成为物业管理行业当前必须考虑的问题，也是当今社会所面临的一个重要课题。面对信息时代的挑战，利用高科技手段来提升物业管理水平无疑是一条行之有效的途径。

为了更好的让小区物业管理人员方便管理好小区物业，使物业信息管理工作系统化、规范化、自动化，为用户提供优质服务，我试着开发了该小区物业管理系统。本物业管理系统的开发，一方面可以加深和巩固我两年来学习的知识，提高综合应用能力和动手能力；另一方面，在系统的开发工程中势必还将会遇到很多的问题，这些问题都需要我自己去寻找解决方法，我相信通过这样的一个锻炼机会，可以为以后的工作积累项目开发经验，提高解决实际问题的能力。

With the rapid development of China's market economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, residential area become people of choice for home buyers.People in the house itself is beautiful, more and more high requirements for quality at the same time, more and more is also high to the requirement of community property management, such as to the maintenance of the village, even for all the complaints are requirement village managers well done, do it perfect, simple community service already can't satisfy people's needs.quality of community service to meet the needs of people. How to make use of advanced management methods, improve the level of property management, property management implementation by the transition of human management to the computer management system, has become the current property management industry must consider the question, also is an important task facing today's society.Faced with the challenge of the information age, the use of high-tech means to enhance the level of property management is an effective way.

In order to make residential property management convenient and managing residential property, the property information management work systematic, standardization, automation, provides the high-quality service for the user, I try to develop the residential property management system.The development of the property management system, on the one hand, can deepen and strengthen my two years study of knowledge, improve the comprehensive application ability and practice ability; In the development of the system engineering, on the other hand, certainly will will also face many problems, these problems need to be myself to find solutions, I believe that through such a chance to exercise, can work for future project development experience, improve the ability of solving practical problems.
