摘 要

随着生活水平的不断提高，餐饮业的发展相当迅速，高效规范的餐饮管理的重视程度越来越高。餐饮行业内部，已经明确划分了各个部门，各个部门各司其职，紧密配合，来完成餐饮店的正常周转。但是，随着客流量的不断加大，人员的不断密集，对餐饮业内部的管理对餐饮店老板的管理与统筹协调的能力的提出了严峻的考验。计算机系统的引入，给日常的管理带来了便捷的服务，这样才能在等同的时间内创造出更大的利润。

本系统使用JSP、Java语言和MySQL数据库实现了一个餐饮信息管理系统。主要为管理人员提供了一个便捷的操作平台，对餐饮的订单、菜单食物信息的管理、会员的管理、餐饮数据的统计几个方面提供了高效规范的管理。简化订单、菜单、收银等流程，提高了餐饮服务的效率。

本文首先介绍了该系统的课题背景及研究意义，同时简单的讲述了该系统的实现目标。其次简单阐述了本系统的开发环境、开发技术。本系统使用MySQL作为数据库，MyEclipse作为开发工具，使用JDBC进行数据的存储与访问，前台界面使用JSP技术进行开发，后台使用Java语言进行开发。然后从可行性分析、需求分析、设计模式和功能模块设计对系统进行了总体的分析与设计，并从概念结构设计和逻辑结构设计两方面讲述了如何进行数据库的设计。最后对系统的主要界面及代码的实现进行了详细说明。

Dining information management system based on Jsp

ABSTRACT

With the continuous improvement of living standards, the development of catering industry fairly quickly, efficiently catering management emphasis increasingly high specification. Internal catering industry, has clearly divided the various departments, various departments perform their duties, work closely together to complete the normal flow of the dinings. However, as traffic continues to increase, constantly intensive staff, the management of the internal catering industry catering shop owner the ability of management and co-ordination poses a severe test. The introduction of a computer system, for the daily management to bring a convenient service, so as to create greater profits in the equivalent period of time.

The system uses JSP, Java language and the MySQL database to achieve a catering information management systems. The main provider for the management of a convenient platform for catering orders, manage food menu information, members of management, statistical aspects of catering provides data management and efficient specification. Simplify orders, menus, cash registers and other processes to improve the efficiency of food service.

This paper introduces the topic background and significance of the system, while simple about the goals of the system. Secondly, the system briefly discusses the development environment, development of technology. The system uses MySQL as the database, MyEclipse as a development tool that uses JDBC to store and access data, and front interface using JSP technology development, backend using Java language development. Then from feasibility analysis, needs analysis, design patterns and function modules for the overall design of the system analysis and design, and describes how both database design from concept design and logical structure design. Finally, the main interface and implementation code of the system is described in detail.

第一章 绪论

互联网时代的飞速发展、科技的不断进步，怎样通过计算机或手机为我们完成更多的事情、或者是我们办事更加便捷，达到办公的自动化和提高日常工作的优化率，自然而然成为我们思考的一个课题。计算机对信息的管理拥有很多手工管理所无法比拟的优势：快速的查询、使用方便，降低出错率、很高的可靠性，存储量庞大，节省人力成本等优点。这些作为提高餐饮管理的效率的一个利器，也是餐饮业高效规范化的管理的不可或缺的因素。

1.1 课题背景及研究意义

在当今中国，有着广大的消费人群，餐饮业自然随着人群的消费水平飞速发展，生活水平的提高，下馆子原本比较算是比较奢侈的消费行为也变得相当普及。尤其在周末，年轻的上班族逛街购物，中午自然会选择到餐厅就餐。客流量高峰段，很多顾客在餐厅门口排起了常常的队伍，餐厅的工作人员也忙得不可开交。在需求量这么大的情况下，增加餐厅的日吞吐量，减轻员工的压力，毫无疑问，对餐饮信息管理系统有着非常迫切的需要。
