摘 要

近年来，随着酒店行业的迅速发展，越来越受到更多人的关注。而相对落后的管理方式，成为制约酒店发展的重要因素。一个合理高效的酒店管理系统成为大多数企业迫切的需求。另一方面，国外的优秀酒店管理系统更是凸显了国内酒店管理系统了落后与无奈。国外优秀的酒店管理系统大多定位于高档酒店，如果想要引进一套国外的先进管理系统，其代价又是国内一些中小型企业所无法承受的。因此，如何建立一套属于自己的合适的中小型酒店管理系统，是现阶段许多企业的迫切需求。本文的主要目标是设计并实现一个酒店管理系统，该系统初步具备酒店宣传、客房管理、人员管理、报表管理与酒店新闻管理等功能。

为了实现上述功能，本文选用了MyEclipse作为开发工具，MySQL为数据库，前台使用JSP展现，后台采用Java语言实现。

本文的内容安排如下：第一章为绪论，课题背景及酒店管理系统的发展历史，第二章为开发工具和开发环境介绍，第三章为系统总体设计，第四章为数据库及流程设计，第五章为详细设计与系统实现，第六章为软件测试。

Design and implementation of hotel management system

Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of the hotel industry, more and more people's attention more. The management is relatively backward, the hotel has become an important factor restricting the development. A reasonable and efficient hotel management system has become most urgent needs of the enterprise. On the other hand, outstanding foreign hotel management system is the highlight of the domestic hotel management system backwardness and helplessness. Outstanding foreign hotel management systems are mostly located in the upscale hotel, if you want to introduce a foreign advanced management system, at the expense of another domestic small and medium enterprises can not afford. Therefore, how to establish a right of their own small and medium sized hotel management system, is the urgent needs of many companies at this stage. The main objective of this paper is to design and implement a hotel management system, which initially with the hotel publicity, room management, personnel management, report management and hotel news management.

In order to achieve the above functions, the paper chose MyEclipse as a development tool, MySQL database, using JSP to show the foreground, the background using the Java language.

Content of the paper is organized as follows: The first chapter is the history of the introduction, project background and hotel management system, the second chapter describes the development tools and development environment, the third chapter of the overall system design, the fourth chapter of the database and process design, The fifth chapter is the detailed design and system implementation, Chapter VI of software testing.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 课题背景

随着网络的日益发展，人们已经形成了了有事在网络上寻求帮助和答案的习惯，由于网络的便捷和高效，为其自身的发展和壮大提供了极大地便利，例如酒店管理：通过在线搜索，就可以获得关于此酒店的所有信息，包括介绍、地理位置、联系方式、剩余房间、价格等一切有价值的信息。

随着南京近年来的经济飞速发展，浦口区作为南京重要的一部分，经济也在飞速提升中，尤其是2014年南京地铁十号线开通后，浦口区作为10号线的主要运营对象，必然会为浦口区的发展做出重大贡献。同时，浦口区作为南京市的著名旅游景点，也吸引了大批游客前来游玩。随着旅游业的高速发展，也带动了浦口区其他经济的发展，例如服务业等。
