摘 要
随着城市的建设和日益发展,为了缓解交通压力,提倡公共交通出行,导致公交数量急剧增加,有关公交的路线、时间等各种信息量也成倍增长。互联网改变着我们的一言一行,改变了我们传统的生活方式,如果一味地使用传统的生活方式就无法适应形势的变化。互联网 的概念深入人心,不仅仅是生活方式,它编辑社会的各个领域,成为和工业革命一样伟大的存在,推动着我们社会的进步与发展。互联网和软件息息相关,软件才是信息技术的核心,进一步开发了信息产品拓展了信息技术市场。用户需求和市场主导着软件发展,一个好的软件或系统能最大程度上契合用户的需求,能让用户用的舒适、便捷、友好,只有这样的软件才能成为市场的主导。软件的生命周期都是有限的,软件的维护也是持续不断的,软件的更新换代也象征着信息产业的进步与发展。现在绝大多数的公交系统都没有和用户真正的交互起来,实现一种线上交互,当用户可以进行线上与公交系统进行交互时,才能让用户真正感觉到出行的便捷。公交查询系统更新的及时性和时效性是毋庸置疑的,当然,公交也是服务体系的一种,它也应该有自己类似售后服务的体系,能让用户进行评价,这也拉近了公交公司与普通用户之间的距离。一个具有时效性的公交信息管理系统,能让公交公司对自己的公交信息的更新换代做到高效率。
如今的公交信息管理系统要么功能缺乏,要么服务体系不完善, 我选择了这个课题就是想用自己的专业知识去尝试解决这一系列的问题。后台框架本人采用的是SSH框架技术,集成开发环境选择了NetBeans 7.4,采用MySQL数据库,测试用环境中用火狐浏览器进行测试,因为火狐浏览器的兼容性比较高,项目部署采用tomcat服务器,该系统分为两个部分,管理员可以对站点和路线进行增删改,用户可以通过该系统对路线、站点、实际地理位置进行查询。

Public traffic information inquiry system based on B/S model
ABSTRACT
With the development of city,the number of transit increases rapidly because the government want to reduce the traffic pressure and advocate transit trip. The bus route, time and other information is also growing remarkably. The Internet changes our behavior and our traditional lifestyle. If you insist on using the traditional way of life, you can not adapt to changes in the situation. The concept of Internet Plus has been popular among people. It is not only the way of life. It also edits all fields of society. It becomes as great as the industrial revolution and promotes the progress and development of our society. Internet and software are closely related. Software is the core of the information technology. It develops products of information and expands the market of information technology. The user’s demands and market leads the development of software. A good software or system can fit the demand of users as much as possible. It allows users to use it in a comfortable, convenient and friendly way. Only such software can become the dominant market. The life of software is limited. The maintenance of software is also continuous. The update of software is also a symbol of the progress and development of the information industry. Now most of bus systems are not really interacted with users. They don’t achieve a kind of online interaction. When users can be interacted with bus system online, the users can really feel the convenience of travel. There is no doubt that the update of public transport query system has the features of timeliness and effectiveness. Of course, a bus is also service system. It should have their own system just like after-sales service system. It can let the user evaluate it and narrows the distance between bus company and ordinary users. The bus company can achieve high efficiency on the update of information of their own public transportation. with a transit information management system which has timeliness.
Today’s transit information management system still has some problems. Some systems lack some fuctions. Some systems lack perfect service system. So the reason why I chose this topic is that I want to solve this series of problems by taking advantage of my professional knowledge. This system uses the SSH framework technology as background frame. This system chooses NetBeans 7.4 as integrated development environment and uses the MySQL database. The test environment uses Firefox browser. Because the compatibility of Firefox browser is high. a deployment of project uses the Tomcat server. This system can be divided into two parts. The administrator can change the sites and routes. The user can routes, stations, the actual location through this system.

1.1 系统开发背景
公交管理系统的普及性还远远没有想象中那么高,就算是已经普及的部分城市也不够完善,这不仅给乘客带来不便,也会给公交公司带来很多麻烦,对乘客而言,查询的公交信息的不准确或不及时都是对出行的非常差的体验,更重要的是,当有了这种非常差的体验还无法进行投诉,没有一个相关的平台能让自己去解决。
