摘 要

随着全球经济的发展，特别是全球经济化以来，城市公共服务越来越朝着方便的方向发展，城市公共服务在数量以及类型方面都得到扩大，但是随之而来的城市公共服务管理问题却一直困扰着人们，因此需要一个功能全面的城市公共管理与查询系统来解决一系列与人们密切相关的问题。

本系统的实现主要包含两个模块:管理员模块、用户模块。管理员模块是实现管理各种服务信息：宾馆的信息添加、宾馆的信息更新、宾馆的信息删除、宾馆的信息查询、用户的信息添加、用户的信息删除、用户的信息查询、医院的信息添加、医院的信息更新、医院的信息删除、医院的信息查询、电影院的信息添加、电影院的信息更新、电影院的信息删除、电影院的信息查询。用户模块主要是信息的查询与预定：查询宾馆、预定宾馆、查询电影院、预定电影院、查询医院、预定医院。用户可以通过服务设施的名字将设施的具体位置显示在地图上，同时用户可以查询自己所订的订单以及退订。

论文详细阐述了城市公共服务信息管理和查询系统的主要设计和实现的过程。此系统是基于面向对象设计的，在J2EE平台下开发的，利用Eclipse来开发，使用MySql作为数据库，Java为开发语言，很好的完成了公共服务信息管理与查询系统开发。并且使用了MVC模式。

This paper describes the design and implementation of public service information management and query system in detail. This system is based on object-oriented design, developed under the J2EE platform, the eclipse to develop, using MySQL as database, Java as the development language, very good completed the public service information management and inquiry system development. And using the MVC model.

1.1 课题研究的背景

如今我们的社会正处于信息时代，要提高生活效率，尤其是人们的出行效率以及公共的服务的方便性，提升管理城市公共服务信息的效率，需要用一个系统来实现城市公共的服务更好地服务人们。

然而现在我们的日常生活中还是缺乏相关的信息管理与查询系统，这样极不利于我们的日常出行。因此，这样的系统还是很有必要的。
