摘 要

随着计算机技术和通信技术的不断发展，民用网络规模不断增大，各种新奇的网络元素层出不穷，网上购物应运而生并且快速发展，如今已成为现代主流的购物消费模式。网上书店平台，不受任何时间的控制和空间限制,使用户足不出户就可以了解到极为丰富的图书信息，根据自己的需要完成图书的选择与购买，非常便捷。

本毕业设计开发一个网上书店管理系统，主要功能包括：用户注册登录、浏览查询图书信息、使用购物车放置待购图书、提交订单、用户留言、提供货到付款及在线支付两种支付方式、在线充值，管理员的功能主要是书籍管理、会员管理、订单信息管理、留言管理等。

系统采用B/S结构进行设计和开发，服务器采用阿帕奇的tomcat服务器系统，以MyEclipse作为开发环境，前台界面技术采用JSP进行开发，后台技术主要使用MySql作为数据库的管理系统。本系统剧院简便、易于管理和维护等优点。

Online Bookstore Management System

Abstract

With the continuous development of computer technology and communication technology, civil network scale increasing, all kinds of new network elements emerge in endlessly, online shopping arises at the historic moment and rapid development, has now become a mainstream modern shopping consumption patterns. Online bookstores platform, not controlled by any time and space constraints, the user never leave home can understand the extremely rich book information, according to the needs of their complete book of choose and buy, very convenient.

This graduation design a online bookstore management system, the main features include: user registration login, browse the query book information, use the shopping cart to place to buy books, submit orders, user messages, provide cash on delivery and online payment, online top-up, two kind of payment are the two main functions of the administrator is the books management, member management, order information management, message management, etc.

System adopts B/S structure of design and development of server using apache tomcat server system, using MyEclipse as development environment, the front desk interface technology using JSP to develop, background technology mainly using MySql as the database management system. This system is simple, easy to manage and maintain theatre, etc.

需求分析

1.1 任务概述

电子商务的兴起，从根本上改变了整个社会的商品交易方式，网购已成为一种流行的消费模式。它避开了中介直接与客户联系并且建立商务的关系。网站为用户提供商品的详细信息，用户根据自己的需求选择购买商品，在网上完成商品交易，由快递公司直接送货上门，做到“足不出户，衣食无忧”。网上购物具有品种多、不受时间空间的限制、安全方便、价格低廉等特点。书，是人类的精神食粮。因此，网上书店发展前景很好。

随着网络的不断发展和普及，人们的购物方式也在悄悄的改变。传统的购书方式，需要消费者亲自到书店从大量的图书中挑选自己想要的图书，既耗时又费力，已经不能很好的满足消费者的需求。于是，网上购书在这样的网络环境下，基于Browser/Server架构，建立了网上选择和在线支付为一体的一种新型商务管理运营模式。网上书店系统的信息全部通过网络发布，提供给消费者各个方面的书籍信息和双方沟通的平台，减小了书店与消费者的距离，同时，也提高了图书管理的效率。
