摘 要

在科学技术迅速发展的信息化时代，信息技术已经开始并逐步取代手工劳动力。尤其是随着我国养老保险制度改革的深入和完善，我们更需要引入网络技术，利用新技术手段对养老保险工作进行科学的管理，建立科学的养老保险系统。

本系统主要包括两大模块：系统管理员模块以及参保人员模块。系统管理员登录后可以对参保人进行人员管理，可以依据养老保险政策对缴费、补助、补缴、个人费用、业务等进行管理，也可以发布相关的养老保险信息和动态以及发放养老金。参保人员登录后可以查看个人信息和缴费信息以及养老保险动态，还可以申请领取个人养老金。考虑到养老保险系统的使用人群，本系统的界面设计要在功能完善的基础上美观简单大方，并且便于人机操作。

本次设计运用了JAVA技术，使用了Eclipse作为开发工具，以及WEB开发的相关网页技术。另外通过MYSQL数据库实现对数据的管理。并且通过对系统整体的考虑，选择当前WEB开发的主流模式即B/S体系结构。

The design and implementation of the old age insurance system based on WEB

Abstract

In the information age of rapid development of science and technology,Information technology has begun to replace manual labor.Especially with the reform of endowment insurance system in our country deeply and perfect, we need to introducing the network technology, using new techniques of old-age insurance to carry out scientific management, establish a scientific endowment insurance system.

This system mainly includes two modules: the system administrator module and the insured person module.The system administrator can log in to the personnel management of the insured person, according to the old-age insurance policy for the management of payment, subsidies, payment, personal expenses, business and so on, can also publish relevant information and dynamic and endowment insurance pension. After the insured person can log in to view personal information and payment information as well as pension insurance dynamics, you can also apply for a personal pension. Taking into account the use of old-age insurance system, the interface design of the system should be based on the function of the perfect, beautiful and easy, and easy man-machine operation.

This design uses the JAVA technology, using the Eclipse as a development tool, as well as the development of WEB related web technology. In addition through the MYSQL database to achieve the management of the data. And through the overall consideration of the system, select the mainstream mode of the current WEB development, namely the B/S system structure.

第一章 绪论

1.1 课题的背景

随着中国经济的快速发展，中国人口老龄化的问题日益严重，人口老龄化导致了家庭和社会抚养老人的负担加重，使得养老保障负担日益沉重。因此，我国的养老保险制度非常重要，养老保险制度可以保证老年人的生活水平，减轻子女的抚养负担，稳定人民的生活，促进社会的和谐发展。

随着我国养老保险制度改革的深入,传统的人工计算管理方法和小规模的管理系统已经不能完全满足人们日常管理工作的需要。为了保障保险制度的长期发展和方便人们的生活，中国养老服务体系的建设更迫切需要信息化技术的支撑。

1.2课题研究意义

养老保险制度作为中国重要的保障百姓利益的制度，它和老百姓的生活利益息息相关，也是百姓十分关心的内容。在这个信息化的时代，中国必然要实现社会养老保险管理的信息化、规范化和系统化来方便人们的生活。所以需要建立一个养老保险系统。它是推进中国保险工作进入信息化的重要一步，对完善中国的养老保险制度以及便民生具有重大意义。
