摘 要

随着科技的发展，移动智能设备在满足人们的信息交互、便捷生活等方面突显出它的优势，掌上购物、手机支付使人类生活更为方便。在我国，智能手机的普及率已经相当高（2014年9月尼尔森数据达到73%），以移动互联网的最大入口微信为例，2015年用户量已经超过7亿。大部分人通过移动端接收信息的习惯已经养成，人们平均花费在智能移动设备上的时间已经超过了传统电脑，这使得医院移动信息化会进一步跨时代的飞跃，在一大批掌上医院的涌现出来的同时，必须及时开发出服务于医护人员的系统，从而减轻非智能化带来的工作负担。在综合考量移动端的业务背景和安全机制的前提下，多次征集临床及管理部门的需求，优先选择了实时性要求相对较高、交互性强、以智能化方式取代传统作业。护理人员在移动端进行护理继续报名流程，后台可统计报名结果。

本系统基于Java应用程序实现掌移动护理继续报名系统的开发，并采用基于HTTP协议的网络编程实现和后台接口的数据传输，后台采用JSP编写接口连接操作MySQL数据库

1. 绪论

1.1 课题背景

本毕业设计课题结合苏州天下布医信息科技有限公司实际业务，在多次走访调研大型医院后得知，大型三甲医院护理人员有千余人，定期的继续教育报名与统计是非常繁重的工作。传统的作业方式为人工统计报名信息，每个病区统计结束后，把相应的数据挨个录入Excel表格，完成继续教育报名统计，工作量十分繁重。在充分的了解需求之后，苏州天下布医信息科技有限公司成立一个研发团队，针对这一问题提出来更加便捷的护理继续教育报名途径，报名者通过移动端护理继续教育报名入口，输入工号，选择所属科室、护理单元、具体护理项目名称。提交后，护理部的管理后台则可以查看报名的情况并对其进行审核，统计，打印出护理继续教育报名的表格。

1.2中国医疗信息化的发展

在《2013-2017年中国医疗信息化行业市场前瞻与投资战略规划分析报告》中指出，目前我国大部分医院信息化建设还处于医院信息管理系统建设阶段，希望通过对移动化信息的投入，从而减轻医护人员的工作难度。分析指出，在新一轮的政策推动下，这一阶段中国医疗IT总投资额将长期稳定保持长期高速稳定增长。
