摘 要

从事心理学、社会学及其他学科调查研究的工作人员，经常需要对人的心理和行为属性进行定量分析。他们以社会调查作为收集研究资料的工具，抽取精心设计的能够代表总体的样本基础，对社会现象进行考察了解和分析研究，得到大量的统计信息。对这些信息进行深入的分析，可验证研究假设或者对研究问题作出科学的解释说明，从而确定社会真实情况[1]。身处于大数据背景下的信息时代，我们每天都能接收到大量信息，但与此同时统计数据的质量要求也日益严格。那么在进行社会调查时，如何高效的在各种纷杂的信息中提取出想要的信息[2]呢？答案是日益发展的问卷调查[3]，可以针对调查领域作出细致现实的提问。

随着社会信息化的高速发展，问卷调查可以搬上互联网脱开地域以及设备的限制，变得更加普及与实用[4]。本次设计是基于Java Web的在线问卷调查平台，主要为用户实现了登录注册、改密登出、个人信息状态栏、在线发布参与问卷、在线统计回收调查结果等各项功能。平台设计了管理员账户用以维护平台数据，更引入了积分制与简单的推荐模块，以提高平台问卷的参与热度，为用户提供便捷高质量的服务。论文介绍了平台系统设计中，研究背景、开发环境、数据库设计以及功能需求分析等方面的问题，讨论了当下各类问卷平台存在的问题并作出基于个人理解下的改进。

A questionnaire platform based on Java Web

ABSTRACT

The staff engaged in the investigation and research of psychology, sociology and other subjects often need to make quantitative analysis on the psychological and behavioral attributes of people. They use social survey as a tool to collect research data, select a well-designed sample base that can represent the whole, investigate, understand and analyze social phenomena, and get a lot of statistical information. The in-depth analysis of these information can verify the research hypothesis or make a scientific explanation of the research problem, so as to determine the real situation of the society[1]. In the information age under the background of big data, we can receive a lot of information every day, but at the same time, the quality requirements of statistical data are increasingly strict. So in the process of social investigation, how to extract the desired information from all kinds of miscellaneous information efficiently[2]? The answer is the growing questionnaire [3], which can make detailed and realistic questions in the field of investigation.

With the rapid development of social information, questionnaire survey can be carried out on the Internet without the limitation of region and equipment, and become more popular and practical [4]. This design is based on the java web online questionnaire platform, mainly for users to achieve the login registration, change the password login, personal information status bar, online publishing Participation Questionnaire, online statistical recovery survey results and other functions. The platform designs the administrator account to maintain the platform data, and introduces the integral system and simple recommendation module to improve the enthusiasm of platform questionnaire participation and provide users with convenient and high-quality services. This paper introduces the research background, development environment, database design and functional requirements analysis in the platform system design, discusses the existing problems of various kinds of questionnaire platforms and makes improvements based on personal understanding.

第一章 绪论

1.1选题背景

改革开放后，特别是近十年来,作为传统社会调查的有力补充，问卷调查已在学术界、社会群体、商业营销等各领域得到了广泛采纳[5]，发挥着实实在在的作用。

但是，传统的问卷调查多以纸质形式线下进行。调查活动开始阶段设计问卷，就需要调查者考虑严密的问题设计[6]，遵循设计原则[7]，思考接受敏感问题调查时的心理[8]；针对不同领域，例如金融、娱乐、医疗[9] 、社会学术等的调查活动，更需要考虑不同的专业内容。其次需要使用大量纸张刊印，雇佣人员向目标人群分发问卷并收集信息[10]。这种线下的问卷调查，不仅活动成本高昂，也会因为不够便利得不到人群的准确反馈信息。
