矿山双重预防机制管理平台---安全检查与隐患管理子系统设计与实现毕业论文

摘 要

矿山双重预防机制管理平台是实现矿山安全生产的重要部分,把计算机技术用在矿山企业的生产管理上,是降低事故发生率、提高工作效率的重要手段。

在生产过程中,通过安全检查会发现存在一些安全隐患问题,而这些问题如果没有得到及时解决,将会带来更多的威胁人员安全、经济损失等问题。基于这种情况,本平台新增了安全检查与隐患管理子系统,从安全检查过程中发现隐患到解决隐患,每个环节都有都有相应的负责单位、负责人。把解决问题具体落实到个人,很大程度上提高了员工的责任意识、安全意识,大大提高了工作效率,保障矿山的安全生产。

本文主要介绍了基于B/S模式实现安全检查与隐患管理子系统的设计方案,使用SQL Server 2014数据库管理工具实现数据的存储。安全检查与隐患管理子系统共分为七个模块:安全检查结果录入、安全检查结果管理、安全检查隐患分析、安全整改信息处理、安全整改信息统计、隐患违章管理、安全检查标准管理,主要完成工作有:

(1)安全检查结果录入模块。实现了将安全检查结果录入检查表中,可以在安全检查结果管理模块中看到该条新的检查结果记录。

(2)安全检查结果管理模块。实现了对检查结果的详细、修改、删除、导出、查询操作。指定部门人员可以详细查看、导出、查询所有检查结果,修改、删除本部门检查结果;普通部门人员只可以操作本部门的检查结果。

(3)安全检查隐患分析模块。实现了隐患分类统计、部门隐患统计、隐患统计打印,安全检查隐患分析不分权限,所有用户都可以进行统计、打印操作。

(4)安全整改信息处理模块。该模块分为7个子模块:已处理隐患、未处理隐患、整改中隐患、已逾期隐患、未完成整改指令、已逾期整改指令、已完成整改指令。其中,已处理隐患子模块完成了详细、归档、导出、查询操作,只有指令下发人才能归档;未处理隐患完成了直接整改、指令整改、导出、查询操作,只有检查表所属部门和隐患提交部门才可以整改;整改中隐患子模块完成了详细、整改、撤回、修改、导出、查询操作,只有整改责任人可以进行整改,整改下发人才可以进行撤回;已逾期隐患子模块实现了详细、整改、撤回、修改、导出、查询操作,该模块和整改中隐患子模块类似;未完成整改指令子模块完成了详细、添加、修改、删除、打印 、查询操作;已逾期整改指令子模块完成了详细、添加、修改、删除、打印 、查询操作;已完成整改指令子模块完成了查看、打印、归档、查询操作,只有指令下发人才能归档。

(5)安全整改信息统计模块。完成了整改分类统计、整改指令统计,该模块不分权限。

(6)隐患违章管理模块。完成了对隐患违章信息的详细、添加、修改、删除、浏览、下载、导出、查询操作,该模块不分权限。

(7)安全检查标准管理模块。该模块分为3个子模块:检查表管理、检查项目管理、检查内容管理。检查表管理子模块完成了详细、添加、修改、删除、导入、导出、查询操作,用户只能操作本部门的检查表;检查项目管理子模块完成了添加、修改、删除、查询操作;检查内容管理子模块完成了添加、修改、删除、查询操作。

Abstract

Dual prevention mechanism management platform is an important part of mine safety production., Applying computer technology to the production management of mining enterprises is an important means to reduce the accident rate and improve work efficiency.

In the production process, some hidden safety problems will be found through the safety inspection, and if these problems are not solved in time, it will bring more threats to personnel safety, economic losses and other problems. Based on this kind of situation, this platform has added safety inspection and hidden trouble management subsystem, From discovering hidden dangers in the process of safety inspection to solving them, each link has its own responsible unit and person in charge. To solve problems specific to the individual, greatly improve the staff's responsibility consciousness and safety consciousness, greatly improving the work efficiency, to ensure the safety of mine production.

This paper mainly introduces the design of safety inspection and risk management subsystem based on B/S model, and uses SQL Server 2014 database management tool to realize data storage. Safety inspection and hidden trouble management subsystem is divided into seven modules: safety inspection result input, safety inspection result management, safety inspection hidden trouble analysis, safety rectification information processing, safety rectification information statistics, hidden trouble violation management, safety inspection standard management. The main tasks completed are:

(1) Safety inspection result input module. This module realize the safety inspection result into the checklist, you can see this new record of inspection results in the safety inspection result management module.

(2) Safety inspection result management module. This module realized the detailed, modification, deletion, export and query operations of the inspection results. Designated department personnel can view, export, query all inspection results, and modify, delete the department inspection results; Ordinary department personnel can only operate the department's inspection results.

(3) Safety inspection hidden trouble analysis module. This module realized classified statistics of hidden dangers, department statistics of hidden dangers and printing of hidden dangers statistics, Safety inspection hidden trouble analysis without permission, all users can carry out statistics, printing operations.

(4) Safety rectification information processing module. This module is divided into seven sub-modules: handled hidden trouble, untreated hidden trouble, hidden trouble in rectification, overdue hidden trouble, untreated rectification instruction, overdue rectification instruction, and handled rectification instruction. Among them, the handled hidden trouble submodule has completed the detailed, file, export, and query operations, and only those who are instructed can file; The untreated hidden trouble submodule has completed direct rectification, command rectification, export, and query operations, only the department of the checklist and the department that submitted the hidden trouble can rectify; The hidden trouble in rectification submodule has completed the detailed, rectification, withdrawal, modification, export, and query operations, and only the person responsible for the rectification can carry out the rectification, those who issue rectification instructions can withdraw; The overdue hidden trouble submodule has completed the detailed, rectification, withdraw, modify, export,and query operations,and this module is similar to the hidden trouble in rectification; The untreated rectification instruction submodule has completed the detailed, add, modify, delete, print, and query operations; The overdue rectification instruction submodule has completed the detailed, add, modify, delete, print, and query operations; The handled rectification instruction submodule has completed the view, print, file, and query operations, and only those who are instructed can file.

(5) Safety rectification information statistics module. This module completed the rectification classification statistics and rectification instruction statistics, and this module does not have permissions.

(6) Hidden trouble violation management module. This module completed the hidden violation of the detailed information, add, modify, delete, browse, download, export, and query operations, and this module does not have permissions.

(7) Safety inspection standard management. This module is divided into three sub-modules: checklist management, check project management, and check content management. The checklist management submodule completed detailed, add, modify, delete, import, export and query operations. Users can only operate their own departmental checklists; The check project management submodule completed add, modify, delete, amd query operations; The heck content management submodule completed add, modify, delete, and query operations.
