摘 要

随着时代的进步新疆经济的发展很快，这几十年来经济发展的不平衡问题日益增多，尤其是改革开放四十年以来，关注这个问题的研究人员和政府机构越来越增多了。为了更红的解决新时代新疆经济发展中的不平衡，达到新疆经济的迅速发展，已经成为了各国，各地区研究者不断探索的重要课题。文章首先简述新疆发展历程，其次研究与分析新时代新疆经济发展找出了新疆经济发展中存在的问题与不利条件，最后对新时代新疆经济进行了分析，提出了解决新时代新疆经济发展问题的相关对策与建议。

文章的第一部分：重点介绍了习近平新时代新疆经济发展的理论与文献。第二部分：重点简述新疆经济发展历程，同时了解新疆经济发展的过程中的重大变化，简单的说明新疆经济发展的特征。第三部分：介绍了新时代新疆经济发展的有利条件，优势和制约因素，找出了新疆经济协调发展中存在的问题和原因，并进行研究分析。。第四部分对新时代新疆经济发展中存在的问题及原因进行分析，以促进新时代新疆经济发展的相关策略和分析。最后，总结新时代新疆经济发展的实现。新时代新疆经济发展必须经历经济各领域低水平协调发展的过程。经过长期的发展，经济最终将达到小康社会的目的。

新时代新疆经济发展是本文要讨论的重点。在相关学者研究的基础上，提出了解决新时代经济发展的对策和方案。本文我认为，加强新疆经济协调发展，制定与完善相关法律法规，促进新时代新疆经济协调发展，加强并利用西部大开发战略，新时期扶贫工作，扶贫开发战略。新疆独特的区位优势，更好的发展新时代新疆经济，实施各种优越扶持政策，更好的促进经济快速发展。通过各种有效战略的实施，新时代新疆经济发展将取得更好的效果。

Abstract

with the development of Xinjiang economy in the new era, the problem of the imbalance of economic development in Xinjiang is becoming more and more prominent, especially since the reform and opening up for 40 years, which has aroused the concern of the government and the researchers. To solve the imbalance in the economic development of Xinjiang and to realize the coordinated development of Xinjiang economy, it has become the subject of continuous exploration by the countries and researchers. The article analyses and explores the current situation of Xinjiang's economic coordinated development in the new era, studies the favorable conditions and restrictive factors for the coordinated development of Xinjiang's economy, and finds out the existing problems of the coordinated development of the economy in Xinjiang and puts forward some relevant strategies to solve the problems of the economic development of the Xinjiang.

This paper estimates the regional economy of Xinjiang since the reform and opening up, especially since twenty-first Century. The results show that the development of Xinjiang's economic regions is faster. second part focuses on the analysis of the favorable conditions and restrictive factors of Xinjiang's economic development, and studies the current situation of Xinjiang's economic development in the new era, and finds out the problems and causes in the coordinated development of Xinjiang's regional economy, and carries out research and analysis. The third part analyzes the advantages of Xinjiang's economic development in the new era. The fourth part of the new era of Xinjiang economic coordinated development of the existing problems and causes analysis, to promote the coordinated development of regional economic development of Xinjiang related strategies and analysis. Finally, the realization of the coordinated development of Xinjiang's regional economy is prospected. The coordinated development of Xinjiang's economy in the new era has to go through the process of the coordinated development of the low level coordination in various economic regions. After a long period of development, the regional economy will eventually develop in a coordinated way.

The coordination degree of the coordinated development of Xinjiang's economy in the new era and its strategic analysis are the key points to be discussed in this paper. On the basis of relevant scholars' research, we put forward strategies and plans to solve the uncoordinated economic development in the new era. This article holds that strengthening the coordinated development of Xinjiang's economy, making full use of the western development strategy and the new era aid to poverty and Xinjiang's unique regional advantages to accelerate the economic development, and implement various support policies to promote the coordinated economic development. Through the implementation of various strategies, the coordinated development of Xinjiang's economy in the new era will achieve good results.
