冷冻保藏条件对加氏乳杆菌性能的影响任务书

国内外大量的研究表明,影响乳酸菌冷冻干燥活性的因素很多,加氏乳杆菌可产生新型抗菌肽,具有广谱抗菌性,本实验拟从以下几点入手:保护剂的类别、胁迫处理、贮藏温度3个方面探讨了不同冻存保藏方法对发酵参数的影响,并从三个不同因素在细胞保藏过程中的作用,寻求最佳的保藏策略,拟解决菌株在长期使用中出现的发酵性能退化的问题。
