一、论文内容: 虾青素即3,3′-二羟基-4,4 ′-二酮基-β,β′-胡萝卜素,为萜烯类不饱和化合物,是一种类胡萝卜素。

天然虾青素是自然界中最强的抗氧化剂之一,可以有效清除细胞内的氧自由基,增强细胞再生能力,维持机体平衡和减少衰老细胞的堆积。

其清除氧自由基的能力是维生素c的6000倍,花青素的700倍。
