纺织印染行业废水生物净化方案的设计

摘要

我国人口众多,人均水资源严重匮乏,水污染情况一直没有得到改善,印染工业废水很难治理,它的排放的量大,水质成分繁杂,提高印染废水的治理效果是一项非常重要的任务。

传统的处理印染废水的方法分为物理法,化学法与生物法三种,本文介绍了这三种方法,分析概括了各种工艺的优点和缺点。现如今,生物法作为最有潜力的工艺,成为了废水处理的研究热点。

在本次设计中,我们选用生物法来处理印染废水, 重点运用生物接触氧化法,主要是通过废水与活性污泥充分混合来对废水进行处理,它能处理废水的量大,不会产生二次污染,出水水质较好,运行也比较方便。

本文主要是对废水处理厂的设计,选用生物接触氧化法,确定工艺流程,对设备进行设计,根据设计画出平面图,并且对处理厂的平面进行合理的布局,画出平面图。通过本次设计,使得污水排放达到标准,而且在处理过程更加节能。在设计中,我们主要用到格栅,调节池和泵房到等构筑物,合理布局,使得运行更加简单,便于操作。

Abstract

China's population base is numerous, serious shortage of per capita water resources, water pollution situation has not improved one, printing and dyeing industrial waste water as one of intractable, its emissions from large, complex quality components, improve dyeing wastewater treatment effect is a very important task.

The traditional method of dyeing wastewater treatment have three kinds,they are physical, chemical and biological methods of three, this article describes these three methods, the analysis outlines the advantages and disadvantages of the various processes. Now, as the most promising biological technology, it has become a hot topic of wastewater treatment.

In this design, we use biological methods to handle wastewater, focus on the use of biological contact oxidation process, mainly for processing of waste water and sludge by mixing, it can handle a large amount of waste water will not produce two secondary pollution, water quality is better, more convenient operation.

This paper is the design of wastewater treatment plants, the use of biological contact oxidation process to determine the equipment design, according to the design plan to draw, and the treatment plant rational layout plane, draw a plan. Through this design, so that sewage discharge up to standard, and more energy in the process. In the design, we mainly use the grill, regulating pond and pumping stations to other structures, rational distribution, making the operation more simple and easy to operate
