摘 要

本文基于船舶过桥航行事故案例分析，将船舶过桥航行中所遇到的危险因素进行分析、补充、归类、总结，并对由各危险因素造成的引航与操纵困难进行分析、调查，而后对诸类危险因素提出对应解决与防控办法，最后对船舶过桥航行安全引航与操纵的经验进行总结。所得结果对于船舶过桥航行安全引航与操纵具有指导意义。

论文主要研究了国内外比较典型的几次船舶过桥航行事故案例，通过这些案例的研究对船舶过桥航行中所面临的危险因素进行分析总结，并提出相应的解决办法。其中，论文第一章为绪论部分，主要写了研究本课题的原因及意义、国内外研究现状及成果；论文第二章分别从桥梁构造、环境气象、人为因素、突发状况等角度搜集案例并进行了分析；论文第三章分析总结了由于桥梁构造、船舶操纵性能、自然因素、航道条件造成的船舶过桥航行操纵与引航困难；论文第四章提从桥梁建造、船舶操纵性能、自然环境、航道及通航、人为因素等层面提出了解决办法；论文第五章归纳总结了一些船舶过桥航行中的操纵与引航技巧、海员通常做法、应急操船办法。

研究结果表明：我们可以从桥梁属性、航道通航条件、气象等自然因素、船舶操纵性能、人为因素这几个方面提出科学合理的办法，能够为船舶过桥航行安全引航与操纵提供保障。

Abstract

This paper analyzes, supplements, categorizes, and summarizes the dangerous factors encountered when ships cross bridge navigation accidents based on case analysis of ships crossing bridge navigation accidents, and it analyzes and investigates the difficulties in piloting and maneuvering caused by each risk factor. Corresponding solutions and prevention and control measures are proposed for various types of risk factors. Finally, the experience of safe navigation and maneuvering of ships crossing bridges is summarized. The results obtained are of guiding significance for the safe navigation and maneuvering of ships crossing bridges.

The thesis mainly studies several typical cases of ship crossing bridge accidents at home and abroad.Through the study of these cases, it analyzes and summarizes the risk factors faced by ships in the process of bridge crossing navigation, and puts forward corresponding solutions. Among them, the first chapter of the thesis is the introduction part, which mainly writes the reasons and significance of studying this topic, the research status and achievements at home and abroad. The analysis is carried out; Chapter 3 of the thesis summarizes the difficulties of ship handling and pilotage caused by the bridge structure, ship maneuverability, natural factors, and channel conditions; Chapter 4 refers to the bridge construction, ship maneuverability, natural The environment, waterway and navigation, human factors and other aspects have put forward solutions; Chapter 5 of the thesis summarizes the maneuvering and piloting skills of some ships when crossing bridges, the common practices of seafarers, and emergency ship operation methods.

The research results show that we can propose scientific and reasonable methods from the aspects of bridge attributes, channel navigation conditions, weather and other natural factors, ship maneuverability, and human factors, which can provide guarantee for the safe navigation and manipulation of ships crossing bridges.
