摘 要

海港引航员工作强度大，工作环境复杂，在工作中面临巨大压力。本文旨在分析引航规则和通航环境这两个方面对海港引航员造成的压力，提出相应疏导策略。本文主要研究了不合理的工作安排，不良能见度，大风天气，复杂航道情况，几个因素对海港引航员造成的压力，并对其背后深层次的，因为与外界沟通协调导致的压力进行了分析。从心理学的角度结合有关专业知识对各种压力致因提出相应的疏导策略。在此过程中利用了引航事故人为致因分析和国外利用模拟器训练时记录的原始脑电数据识别出不同的脑状态的压力分析方法，有针对性的对其在工作中可能会产生的不良心态影响进行分析，对具体情况下的压力分析起到了作用。结果表明海港引航员面对的核心压力并非由专业技能导致，是来自与工作中需要与外界进行的沟通协调。对此本文认为应该从机构和个人角度“双管齐下”，从引航机构角度出发对外应该建立意见反馈机制，对内应该开展团建活动，增设丰富员工生活的活动，建立心理健康管理库。从海港引航员个人角度出发进行压力疏导要学会掌控情绪，学习心理知识，加强沟通技巧。

Abstract

Maritime pilots face great pressure in their work due to their intense work and complex working environment. This paper aims to analyze the pressure on harbor pilots caused by pilotage rules and navigation environment, and put forward corresponding guidance strategies. This paper mainly studies the unreasonable work arrangement, poor visibility, windy weather, complicated navigation conditions, and the pressure on harbor pilots caused by several factors. It also analyzes the pressure caused by deep-seated communication and coordination with the outside world, and puts forward corresponding guidance strategies for various pressure causes from the perspective of psychology combined with relevant professional knowledge. In this process, the artificial cause analysis of pilotage accident and the psychological pressure analysis method in ship operation using simulator abroad are used to analyze the possible adverse psychological impact in the work, which plays a role in the pressure analysis under specific conditions. The results show that the core pressure faced by harbor pilots is not caused by professional skills but by communication and coordination with the outside world. This article thinks that we should "do two things" from the perspective of institutions and individuals, set up a feedback mechanism from the perspective of piloting institutions, carry out group building activities at home, add activities to enrich the lives of employees, and set up a mental health management bank. From the personal point of view of harbor pilots, pressure relief should learn to control emotions, learn psychological knowledge and strengthen communication skills.
