摘 要

本文借助普适性心理特征分析方法和调查问卷相结合的方式，通过对长江引航员的心理特征进行分析与数据统计，了解引航员相关的一些心理特征的表现形式和形成原因，并且通过实际调查的数据与其他资料数据结果进行对比。研究结果对于我国未来航运发展与对引航员的管理具有一定的指导意义。

论文主要研究了长江引航员心理素质特征种类与表现形式以及承受能力的分析。从心理素质的角度分析和阐述引航员在不同情况下会产生何种心理特征，以及对引航操作的影响，找出对引航员心理素质影响的主要因素，以及这些因素对引航安全的影响，并针对所发现的因素特征及情况，提出相应的一些对引航员的管理，培养引航员过硬的心理素质的一些建议与见解，切身实地的体会引航员真实的想法，给出管理的相对方法，为我国引航事业的发展，海洋强国的建立提出一些相应的想法与帮助，能够打造出更好的引航团队，更好的保护海洋环境。

Abstract

In this paper, with the aid of general psychological characteristic analysis method and the way of the combination of questionnaire, through the analysis of the psychological characteristics of the Yangtze river pilot and data statistics, some knowledge of relevant pilot manifestation of psychological characteristics and the forming reason, and through the actual survey data and other information data results comparing the results of the study for future shipping development in our country and the management of the pilot has a certain guiding significance

This paper mainly studies the types and forms of psychological quality characteristics and the analysis of endurance capacity of pilots in The Yangtze River Analysis from the perspective of psychological quality and expounds pilot under different circumstances will produce what kind of psychological characteristics, and the impact on the pilot operation, find out the main factors of influence on the pilot's psychological quality, and the influence of these factors on the pilot safety, and according to the factors of characteristics of discovered and situation, puts forward some corresponding management of the pilot, pilot training good psychological quality of some Suggestions and opinions, personal experience of the field pilot real idea, method of management is relative, for the development of the pilot in China, puts forward some corresponding ideas and the establishment of the Marine power to help, can make a better pilot team, the better Protecting the Marine environment
