小微企业横向战略联盟形成机理研究毕业论文

摘 要

小微企业是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础。小微企业健康发展对于我国经济克服国际宏观因素影响,保持平稳较快发展,吸容就业,保障社会稳定具有重要战略意义。当前小微企业生存发展依然艰难,面临着经营成本上升明显、订单减少和资金链紧张、融资难等困境。所以对小微企业横向战略联盟形成机理研究就很有必要性。

本文首先介绍了研究的背景、意义及目的,揭示出进行研究的必要性。然后对小微企业横向战略联盟形成动因进行分析,在先对横向战略联盟理论和小微企业的现状阐述的基础上,利用社会网络概念、价值链理论、成本理论对小微企业横向战略联盟的动机进行三个层次的分析。其次利用风险规避理论、利益共享理论、交易费用理论对横向战略联盟形成中存在的问题,如:缺乏健全的商业信息保护能力,进行成因分析的基础上提出相应的有效解决措施。最后,通过对小微横向战略联盟效益分析,从实际情况出发得出其对于提升小微企业品牌知名度和技术开发能力方面的促进作用。使得读者对于横向战略联盟理论有一个更加清晰的认识,希望本文能够为小微企业的发展提供帮助。

通过笔者的研究,得出以下结论。

第一,小微企业很有必要形成横向战略联盟。形成横向战略联盟可以规模经济,从而减少所有联盟成员的成本,并且形成共担风险、共享利益的长期联合与合作协议。

第二,在形成联盟前需要对潜在合作伙伴进行细致考察。只有全面分析了潜在合作伙伴的各个方面并确定谁才是真正适合自己的合作伙伴后,与其结成的联盟才更有可能达到预期的效果,因此更需要选择合适的合作伙伴也很重要。

第三,小微企业在形成联盟前最重要是自身在技术、管理、资金、诚信等方面进行改进。在当下的经济浪潮中与其等着别人伸出援助之手,不如自己改进自己。正所谓:“何以解忧,未有自救”。小微企业所面临的主要困难其实主要就是其自身的性质决定的,当其解决好这些问题以后,其他的困境也就迎刃而解了。

Horizontal Strategic Alliance study the formation mechanism of small and micro enterprises

Abstract

Small and micro enterprises is an important foundation for economic and social development.For the healthy development of small and micro enterprises to overcome the international influence of China's macro-economic factors, to maintain steady and rapid economic development, employment absorption capacity, security and social stability of strategic importance.The current survival and development of small and micro enterprises are still difficult, faced with rising operating costs significantly reduced orders and capital chain tension, financing difficulties and other problems.Therefore, the study of small and micro enterprises lateral strategic alliance formation mechanism on the very necessity.

This paper describes the background, significance and purpose of the study reveals the necessity of the study.Then the lateral strategic alliance formed the basis of small and micro enterprises to analyze motives, prior to the lateral strategic alliance status and small micro-enterprise theory expounded on the use of social network concept, value chain theory, the theory of small and micro enterprises cost Horizontal Strategic Alliance motives three levels of analysis.Second, the use of risk aversion theory, benefit-sharing theory, transaction cost theory of the formation of a strategic alliance in the transverse problems such as: lack of sound business information protection, the corresponding effective remedial measures proposed on the basis of analysis of the causes.Finally, through a strategic alliance for small transverse micro-benefit analysis derived from the actual situation of their role in promoting respect for enhancing brand awareness and technological development capacity of small and micro enterprises.

By the author of the study, the following conclusions.

First, it is necessary to the formation of small and micro enterprises lateral strategic alliances.Strategic alliances can be formed laterally economies of scale, thereby reducing costs for all members of the Union, and the formation of risk sharing benefits combined with long-term cooperation agreement.

Second, before the formation of alliances need to carefully examine potential partners.Only after a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of potential partners and to determine who is really suitable for their partners, and their form alliances are more likely to achieve the desired effect, and therefore need to choose the right partner is also important.

Third, small and micro enterprises in the most important pre-formed coalition is itself improvements in technology, management, capital and integrity.In the current economic tide wait for their helping hand to others, it is better to improve their own.As the saying goes: "Why grief, no self-help."The main difficulty faced by small and micro enterprises in fact mainly determined by its own nature, when it solve these problems in the future, other difficulties will be solved.
