摘 要

随着知识经济的出现，企业突破性能力也在发生改变，因为知识成为加快当今企业发展的关键因素之一。想要提升企业的创新能力，持续不断的分享和转换隐性知识是其中关键基础。所以隐性知识已经成为评量一个产业创新能力的主要因素。所以为了提升市场竞争能力，企业迫切的需要对隐性知识的吸收进行改变，进一步的增加企业的创新能力，更加深入的参与到企业发展中来。

根据对国内外的隐性知识吸收能力的相关理论研究成果，本文将从五个方面对隐性知识吸收的过程和方法进行研究。第一部分是对研究的背景、文献综述、意义、内容和方法进行探讨，第二部分是对知识与创新能力的相关理论进行概括和叙述，第三部分是分析了吸收过程中的关键要素，第四部分是论文运用实证分析和判断，考证了隐性知识吸收对企业突破性技术创新能力的影响，第五部分提出提升企业突破性技术创新能力的策略。

Tacit knowledge absorption improve enterprise breakthrough innovation mechanism

Abstract

With the emergence of knowledge economy, the breakthrough ability of enterprises is also changing, because knowledge is one of the key factors to accelerate the development of enterprises today. The key foundation is to continuously share and transform tacit knowledge in order to improve the enterprise's ability to innovate. So tacit knowledge has become the main factor in evaluating an industry's ability to innovate. So, in order to promote market competition ability, enterprises urgently need to change of the absorption of tacit knowledge, further increase the enterprise's innovation ability, more deeply involved in the enterprise development.

According to the related theory of tacit knowledge absorptive capacity at home and abroad research achievements, this article will from five aspects of tacit knowledge absorption promote enterprise breakthrough innovation ability were studied. The first part is about the research background, literature review, significance, content and method were discussed, and the second part expounds the related theory, the third part is the analysis of key elements, the fourth part is the paper use the empirical analysis, verified the tacit knowledge absorption ability of the breakthrough of the enterprise technological innovation, the fifth part put forward improve enterprise breakthrough technology innovation strategy.
