摘 要

随着创新经济时代的来临，企业越来越重视创新在实际生产实践中所起到的重要作用。因此，创新管理也逐渐在企业中开始盛行。研发协同作为创新管理领域中的热点问题，越来越多的学者开始投入到对研发协同提升高新技术企业突破性创新能力的机制研究。

本文将从五个方面对合作伙伴的选择机制进行研究。第一部分是对背景研究、文献综述、研究意义、内容和方法。第二部分是对研发协同中研发协同相关理论进行阐述。第三部分是对研发协同提升高新技术企业突破性创新能力的关键要素进行研究。第四部分是通过案例得出研发协同提升高新技术企业突破性创新能力的相关启示。第五部分则是针对影响研发协同提升高新技术企业突破性创新能力的机制研究的关键要素提出合适建议。

Research on the mechanism of R amp; D cooperative promotion of high tech enterprises' radical innovation capability

Abstract

With the advent of the era of innovation economy, enterprises are paying more and more attention to the important role of innovation in the actual production practice. Therefore, innovation management is becoming more and more popular in enterprises. R amp; D collaboration as a hot issue in the field of innovation management, more and more scholars have begun to invest in R amp; D collaboration to enhance the innovative ability of high-tech enterprises research mechanism.

This paper will study the selection mechanism of partners from five aspects. The first part is the background research, literature review, research significance, content and methods. The second part is about the research and development coordination theory in R amp; D collaboration. The third part is the research and development of collaborative high-tech enterprises to promote innovative breakthroughs in key elements of research. The fourth part is the case study to promote collaborative R amp; D collaboration to promote innovative breakthroughs in high-tech enterprises related enlightenment. The fifth part is for the impact of R amp; D collaboration to enhance high-tech enterprises breakthrough innovation ability of the key elements of the mechanism research, put forward the suggestions.

1.1研究背景

当今社会，在国民经济快速发展和社会进步过程中，人们越来越意识到，在研发协同中有效且合理的选择伙伴尤为重要。经济正在快速发展，而知识作为经济的一大特色补充，市场份额占有率以及企业的经济规模不再是企业在竞争中生存下来的必要条件，而选择合适的合作伙伴是企业或一个企业在研发协同时获取外来援助的有效途径，近年来研发协同的数量以每年超过25%的速度增长,但失败率却居高不下，比率已经超过50%。因此如何选取优秀的合作者也成了企业思考的问题。技术变革引来了诸多学者开始对这一课题展开研究，同样也使它成为现阶段热议的重要课题。
